It very unfortunate to read this negative review. We logged many hours finding the answers to the many calls we received prior to Sandra arriving. We believe we went above and beyond for this guest, even ensuring items would be available that we don't normally supply. I'm happy to see our team was able to resolve the issue with the toilet the same day it was reported. I think its safe to say, we are not a good fit for this guest in the future.
