Amazing Views!

We had a phenomenal stay at this gorgeous home! My family really appreciated how well-stocked everything was and how easy it was to find things thanks to the great labeling throughout the home by our thoughtful host. The view was stunning, the home was spotless, and there was plenty of space for our group to relax and enjoy!Some highlights included a clean hot tub, expansive deck with sunset views of the mountains and lake, the proximity it was to town, and the fully stocked kitchen! The host even provided a book of suggested places to visit nearby. This was incredibly helpful for us since we were not from the area. We truly had an unforgettable experience!

Perfect Stay in Lake Tahoe

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Lake Tahoe. Sandy was there to greet us when we arrived and show us around. She was so kind and helpful. The house was amazing with great views of the lake from the deck. We had plenty of room for 11 adults. The temperatures were very cool and nice at night and in the morning. The house was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. It was perfect. Thank you Sandy for everything!!!

Wonderful family retreat

Very clean and very well appointed! Everyone enjoyed the pool table. Main floor was laid out in a very usable fashion, several could work in the kitchen, but still be a part of what was going on in the other areas. The step up and down between areas was well marked!Additional insulation between pool room and bedroom below would be a nice addition!All and all a great stay for guests 1to 80 years of age.

Perfect House, Excellent Location 10/10

This house is perfect in every sense! Great location, big clean home, we had 14 people. Comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen etc. we even brought in a private chef one evening. Sandy was great to work with, friendly, accessible. House was perfectly stocked, labels were placed on cabinets indicating what was inside, labels on light switches,Fireplaces, labels everywhere to make things smoother to find and operate, no guesses! The view was spectacular to look at everyday! Thank you Sandy and Doug for making this an amazing stay in Tahoe. Would definitely stay there again!

Big and Beautiful

Perfect house for 12 of us celebrating 2 birthdays. Easy to get to and easy to get around. Plenty of room for all - even a chef we brought in one night. Highly recommend for a large group.

We had an incredible four-night stay at Sandy’s place in Stateline, Nevada. From the moment we arrived, Sandy’s hospitality stood out — she was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The home was well-stocked with essentials like seasonings, glassware, Tupperware, extra pillows, bedding, and even pack-and-plays, plus reliable air conditioning and heating.The space itself was fantastic — plenty of beds, even more bathrooms, and all the comforts of home. While we did encounter a minor issue with an animal in the walls upon arrival, Sandy handled it swiftly, contacting an exterminator right away and ensuring everything was taken care of.Overall, Sandy’s attentiveness and the quality of her home made this an amazing experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

One of the best rental experiences

From the beginning, this was a great experience. Sandy was our contact and she was so helpful and accommodating. She offered a list of local recommendations without even asking and was really flexible with our check in and check out experience. the kitchen was FULLY stocked with spices and condiments (that you usually spend a fortune on and only end up using a few tbsp) and pots/pans, utensils, storage containers and serving dishes. each room was well stocked and pillows, towels and cozy blankets on each bed. a BIG shout out to the cleaning team, it takes 5 hours for 5 people to clean the house. Thank you sandy!!!!

Weekend trip

Everything was amazing. House was perfect, view was perfect. 100% would recommend booking this property, you won’t regret it. All appliances available. Enough plates cup’s everything. The only downside was parking. Only room for 4 vehicles and you can only have 1 of those on the driveway for emergency purposes, other than that everything was great and host did a great job of explaining check in process. Thank you for such a great stay!

We had such a wonderful Family Reunion

Loved the house! Location was nice - less than ten minutes from Heavenly Village. Awesome view from the balcony! Kitchen was fully stocked. Pool table, hot tub, puzzles, everyone found something to do. Great place for a big group to hang out! And Sandy was a perfect host :)
