Just lovely

This property is really nice. I loved everything about it. The location could not be better for a stay in Pella. There are several restaurants on this same street and I counted 3 coffee shops right by it! The place itself was very clean and upscale. My only suggestion would be to update the photos of the restaurant below the place to Clover and put the street number on the actual door to make it a no brainer to find the place on the first try. I only found the street numbers on a side wall mailbox after walking back and forth searching for the Dutch Fix restaurant . I would absolutely stay here again. It was very comfy..

Great stay

Studio was just what we were looking for. Very clean and location was perfect. Right downtown Pella within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Great location downtown Pella IA

Very spacious room downtown Pella. Walking distance to any venue downtown, to include eateries. Follow owner's instructions regarding parking. Arriving after dark made parking a challenge.

Perfect place for our roadtrip

This vrbo was perfect for our stay. The room was beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was comfy and it was nice that there was a fan to use. The location is great, right in the heart of Pella by lots of shopping and bakeries. Only struggle we had was with parking. Street parking is great for the day and to unload our vehicle. The town of Pella website was confusing for night time parking at first. We did figure it out, there is a parking lot by the police station for people to use for overnight parking. We felt safe leaving out vehicle there and it's a quick walk from the lot to the vrbo. Would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit this cute town.

Perfect place to reset

Located right in downtown Pella. I walked outside and everything I needed was right out the front door. Close to Red Rock. The place was clean and relaxing and the perfect place to stay after a day of hiking.

Wonderful weekend!

We were in Pella for Central's Senior recognition day at the Central football game. It was perfect staying on the square and having so many shops and restaurants in walking distance.

Love this spot!

We have stayed here several times and we love it every time we stay! Pella is a great area and studio apartment puts you right in the heart of it all! Can’t wait to come back again next year!!!

Nice Studio in a Great Location

Nice and clean studio. Location was great and we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed people watching from the large window overlooking downtown. The kitchenette was good for small meals (sandwiches, pastry and coffee, etc.). The bed was very comfortable. Overall it was a very relaxing and convenient place to stay.

Fantastic location to take advantage of all Pella has to offer

This is my second time visiting Pella and this property is my “go to” because is so spacious and so well situated right in town. The hosts are wonderful as well, easy check in and happy to answer questions. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway spot

My family stayed here over the Christmas holiday instead of staying with family. It was the perfect place to get away from all of the holiday hustle and just relax for a little while. Will definitely be checking to see if it is available for any return trips.

Beautiful Spot!

We were here for the Knoxville Nationals and had an awesome stay! It’s a beautiful studio right in the heart of Pella. You can walk to the eateries, coffee houses and of course the peanut cellar pub! Can’t wait to stay here again next year! Thank you Jason!

Overnight Stay

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. Lovely apartment with historic touch in the heart of the city. The door attached to room was a little creepy but with couch there wasn't too bad. Would've felt more comfortable with locking ability. Room seemed to have everything we would've needed. Highly recommend trying the Dutchfix. Domini burger I believe is how its spelled was amazing. Very very filling. The dutch fries were also great. Lastly do not leave without trying the pofferjtes. We tried the s'mores and it was delicious.

Wonderful Location

Had a great long girl's weekend! The space was large enough to fit both of us comfortably. Great location for walking to bars, shops and restaurants. We will stay again!

Home Sweet Home in Pella

We stayed three weeks and were extremely pleased! We loved the downtown location, the nearby shops and restaurants, the parking, and the hospitality of the owners. The spacious studio was quiet, upscale, well lit, and very comfortable. It was perfect! We are looking forward to another stay soon.

Perfect extra room

We couldn’t fit everyone at our house so we rented the VRBO. Everyone wished they could have been the lucky ones to stay there. Perfect location to enjoy downtown Pella.

Great location for walking around Pella. Note: Pella basically is closed on Sundays and Holidays so if you want to shop, it has to be done on Saturdays or another day of the week. If you are older, the steps to get upstairs could be stressful. The loft is beautiful and the natural elements left in place are quite pretty. Daytime parking is not a problem, however, Pella does not allow overnight parking out front so you will have to move your car to a different location in the evening and overnight to avoid a ticket. Owner provided plenty of towels and wash cloths which was appreciated. I would not hesitate staying in this place again (however, next time I will bring my own eye mask to wear at night to avoid the morning light from the ceiling's skylight).
