Welcome to the Knoxville Den – a charming, pet-friendly, remodeled garage-turned-retreat just steps from the iconic Knoxville Raceway! This cozy two-level space includes a kitchenette, dining area, one bathroom, and a comfortable living room with two bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top). The upstairs has been fully updated and features six single beds, plus six additional cots available for flexible sleeping arrangements.
Ideal for groups or families, this home is conveniently located near Red Rock Lake, the historic town of Pella, and just 30 miles from Des Moines. Planning to catch the races? Ask us about suite tickets at the Raceway — we may have them available at a great price!
