テキサスのワインカントリーの風光明媚な丘の上にある楽しい農家。 魅力的で広々とした設備の整ったこの家は、家族での休暇を楽しんだり、フレデリックスバーグの多くのアトラクションを楽しんだ後のゲストを楽しませるのに理想的です。 ファイヤーピット、バーベキュー、美しい星空を見下ろすホットタブを備えたバックパティオで屋外でリラックス。 家には専用バスルーム付きの2つのマスターベッドルーム、大画面テレビ付きの2つのリビングルーム、高級家電付きのモダンなキッチンがあります。 2階には2つの大きなベッドルームとバスルームがあり、最大宿泊人数は12名です。

Beautiful home with breathtaking views! The house was impeccably clean, thoughtfully furnished, and the hot tub made our stay even more relaxing. The host was wonderful—friendly, responsive, and made the booking process seamless from start to finish.What truly made this place unforgettable were the animals on the property: donkeys, llamas, turkeys, armadillos, deer, so many different colorful birds, and more. It felt peaceful, unique, and full of charm. The location was perfectly located between downtown Fredericksburg and Luckenbach, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

This is one of the best vacation homes I have ever rented . The attention to details and making the stay memorable for my daughter’s bachelorette trip was pure perfection!! The farm house is beautiful and the friendly donkeys , llama and highland cows makes it one of the best experiences ever !! Thank you isn’t near enough!!

We were a large group of 11adults and we had a great stay. Loved that it was outside of town. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment for large groups. The outside space is amazing. We utilized every part of the property and the animals were a big hit. Master bedroom bed was very comfy.

Awesome Place to Stay

My wife and I took our kids and grandchildren here for a Christmas vacation and the place was awesome. Met the owner and he was very nice and enjoyed talking with him. I highly recommend this place for family or a group of friends to go and have a great time.

Very Nice Home and Location

Birthday getaway

Great place for our friends to celebrate my 50th bday. Plenty of space and a great kitchen to prepare meals. The donkeys and llama were a huge hit and everyone loved to feed them. Spacious back yard area to share a meal, hang out, and look at the amazing view.

Great for Family Gathering

The property was great and we loved everything about it. The outside space was the perfect spot for quiet coffee in the morning and the group hanging out in the afternoon and evening. The house comfortably accommodated our group of 11. And I’d book again just for the animals!! The host was very responsive for one issue we had.
