■ Security: For your safety and security, there are exterior security cameras on the property monitoring the driveway and front of house entrances. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor areas like the pool.
■ Internet & TV: All TVs are Roku-enabled smart TVs. Please bring your personal login information for streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, etc.
■ Septic System: The house operates on a septic system. It is very important to only flush toilet paper and natural waste. Flushing any other items (e.g., wipes, feminine products) can cause serious damage to the system.
