Rick & Cheryl Grigsby first discovered the Estes Region in 1980s and returned year after year whenever they could. Some 2 decades later, they became full-time Estes Park. The Grigsbys created and presently direct the This Mountain Life restoration project.

For the past 15 years Rick & Cheryl have been recreating historic downtown property into 3 extraordinary mountaintown vacation traveler cabins. They are situated at the foot of Prospect Mountain and across the Big Thompson River in the heart of Colorado’s sublime Estes Region. Redemption, Exploration and Reflection Cabins (aka This Mountain Life Extraordinary Guesthouses) are fruit of their they adventure story. They love to share it. They are the designers, builders & hosts. They attend to every detail.
