Quiet Beautiful Neighborhood

This was our second time staying at Just Enough. We just love the location and amazing views and incredible customer service provided by the owner!! The owners are so accommodating and appreciate them allowing us to rent their property! We will definitely go again!

Another Year of Just Enough

We had a wonderful stay again this year! Perfect weather and plenty to do. Along with the beach, we enjoyed the kayaks, fishing in the canal, riding bikes and hanging out on the screened porch enjoying the evenings. Thank you for sharing your place, it’s perfect for our little family. We will definitely book again next year!

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our week at Just Enough! The property was clean, perfectly appointed and a comfortable setting for our family of four and pups. We rented Linens from Hatteras Helping Hands and they were all there on our arrival. We especially loved the screen porch and spent a lot of time there looking out over the water. We will definitely come back!

Nice house and good location!

We really enjoyed sitting on the second story porch, facing the channel, and watching Pelicans wheeling and diving!

Our Getaway

We had an excellent time staying at Just Enough! We were pleasantly surprised at the location and beautiful views. The house was clean and met our expectations. Amy was always very prompt and responsive when we reached out. We would definitely stay again. I would also like to add we had to leave early due to a storm approaching and the owner’s credited our night we didn’t stay without us asking. Very appreciative!!

Exactly as Advertised

The house was perfect for my wife, our dog and me. It’s a great location close to the ORV entrance, Connors super market and Frisco Rod and Gun. The screened in porch was great and the bed was extremely comfortable. Thee owner (Amy) was very responsive to any questions we had.

Perfect, relaxing getaway

Quiet, serene and right on the canal, this place was the perfect, relaxing getaway. The property owners were great in letting us know what we needed to bring to complete our stay (just linens and towels). We had a great time cooking, sitting out in the screened in porch and enjoying the serenity of this wonderful rental. We will definitely be going back.

Wonderful home

We loved staying here! The house was clean, easy to access (love the keypad vs having to deal with a key), communication with owner was a breeze! The open floor plan of this home is wonderful, large master bedroom was an unexpected bonus, comfy master bed. Love being right on the water and this neighborhood is a gem! Will definitely come back!

Just enough

This property is small but just enough. The views are beautiful and the deck over looking the water is the perfect place to have morning coffee! My husband and son enjoyed fishing and walking around the neighborhood was nice. The house is comfortable and cute. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

Clean, and as Described

We enjoyed our stay, as it was clean and as described. Quiet location and very peaceful. Master bed was very comfortable, but second bedroom could use a new mattress. Communication was very good and response swift! Thanks!!

Just Enough is well-named

Kudos to the housekeeping staff. House was spotless, the house well-equipped. The owner was responsive to issues related to technology at the property. Unfortunately, bulkhead construction resulted in 2 of our 4 days being marred by the noise of pile drivers from mid-morning until evening. No one's fault, but an unhappy circumstance nevertheless.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Cottage was clean and JUST ENOUGH for the four of us. Beautiful canal view. Kayaks and bikes for outdoor fun. Would definitely rent again.

Yes, "Just Enough" for myself, hubby and our dachshund :)

We really enjoyed our stay. Cottage was extremely clean and we appreciated the freshly wrapped sheets. Very peaceful and pleasant sitting out on the screened in porch. We had wonderful weather and enjoyed catching sunrises and sunsets at the nearby beaches. I used the crab trap and caught a few keepers!

Beautiful rental!

We've been renting a very reasonable house one street away from Just Enough for about 10 years. It was filthy last year. Just Enough was definitely worth the extra expense. We will be renting Just Enough again next year for sure. Loved the screened in porch on the canal and the kayaks.

Amazing time

Loved Just Enough beautiful views and a at home feeling had everything we needed to cook plenty of room for family. Beds where wonderful 2 bathrooms was great the family enjoyed the kayaks and bikes every day also fished every day. Caught alot of different fish and around 10 blue crabes they enjoyed that so much. Was close to many beaches shops and restaurants and tourist areas would definitely recommend this place to family and friends will rent again in the future

My husband and I grew up and currently live here in NC. Ironically we live at the beach, just on the other end of the state! We love to fish and naturally that is what brings us to the OBX year after year.

We purchased this home as a second home as this is our "Happy Place". We have been vacationing in the Outer Banks for many years and for years have wanted a small place to call our own. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. We have found it to be, well what we named it, "Just Enough"! It is two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and just enough for a small family and their fur baby or two! Our two fur babies always travel with us so that's why we allow our home to be opened up to yours.

You will fall in love with the screened in porch overlooking the canal. Watching the water from the dining room and the den can be mesmerizing at times for us. Other times, it's nice to plunk the kayak in the water and take a nice stroll out the canal to the Pamlico! Or if you prefer you can ride the bikes through the community. If you bring your furry friends, walking the neighborhood is just as enjoyable.
