Egret Point is a place for fantastic amenities, beachy and comfortable accommodations, and access to the open waters of the Pamlico Sound.

You'll be charmed by many features of this home, starting with the fabulous water views and the private boat dock. The lower dock is perfect for crabbing, fishing, and kayaking. Enjoy the Club Hatteras pool at 41156 NC Hwy 12 Avon, a two-block stroll to the ocean, and a location that's close to dining and shopping.

Find even more outdoor fun by the grill and picnic table under the house or head out to the breezy screened porch or the furnished decks. Inside, you're sure to love the coastal furnishings in addition to the four TVs, three DVD players, stereo/CD player, surround sound, and high-speed WiFi.

House was great. Had hooks everywhere to dry clothes and suits (inside and outside). Bedrooms were great. Outdoor furniture was comfortable on each level. Dock had a ladder to get in and out of kayaks easy. Overall, loved it. Will definitely want to stay again.

July Vacation

The house was great for our family vacation. We boated, swam and fished from the dock. The pool access is a short drive away and it's a short walk to the beach. Vacation was a hit this year!

Wonderful water front home, with it's own fishing dock!

Hubby, son and I went to Avon NC to relax, and do some fishing. We were amazed the home had a water front view, with it's own fishing dock! The home itself was tastefully decorated. We caught plenty of fish which made a wonderful dinner with sides. Quite, peaceful place, can't wait to go back in the Spring!

Great place

We had a great time, what a great view. We caught fish and bait right behind the house. 5 bedrooms is nice, this would be a great house for a family. We just came for a 3-day fishing trip with friends. Everything worked in the house and the kitchen was well stocked. Only complaint is not being able to figure out the TV, but we didn’t sit around much.

Egret Point is in an amazing location with beautiful sound side views! This home is directly on the sound and has a great dock to fish from. Inside the home, you will find an open floor plan on the upper level and plenty of bedrooms. This home definitely suited our multi-family needs and is definitely a home we would come back to again! House was fine

Egret Point is a nice house, great location and outdoor area is wonderful. What we did not like was the living area furniture made out of PVC pipes. That type of furniture should only be used outside. The sofa was not comfortable either, not PVC, but hard wooden base with very cheap cushions. Bedrooms were ok and the house was clean. We will not stay again unless the furniture is updated.

Although we manage the home for them, it is their home and we don't choose the decor. Beautiful but not comfortable

The house was beautiful, the views beautiful. It was wonderful to spend time fishing right at the house. The outside areas were wonderful! The inside of the house was beautiful, the kitchen well stocked, very clean. We probably wouldn’t book the house again though. The comfort level was non existent. None of our group got a good nights sleep on the beds, the living room furniture was terribly uncomfortable. It was all made out of PVC, which is great for outdoor furniture, but not for living room. Living room furniture should be comfortable. Had the comfort level been better we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
