Great stay, really nice villa with a great location, couple of small maintenance issues but dealt quickly by the ver attentive Pam on WhatsApp, Villa only real downfall is the shared pool, kind of feels as if you are intruding on another’s personal space, but on the whole great pace and would book again.

The villa was as described clean and well kept , we did have a couple of minor issues which were quickly resolved.The pool was excellent with plenty of sun lounges , Santi the owner of the other two villas cleaned the pool every day and checked the water quality adding chemicals as needed. Pascual and Pam were always on hand to help with any queries.We had a great 10 days break and would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone.

Smooth and welcoming check in. Villa was clean, spacious and perfect for myself and my 4 young adults. Lots of outdoor space too with the choice of sun/shade all day. Supermarkets, beach, restaurants all within walking distance. My eldest son had broken his ankle so walking long distances wouldn’t have been ideal! Plenty of opportunities to shop and eat out. Equally, the facilities at the villa allowed the choice to eat in. Would definitely recommend and would stay again

Stunning villa. Spacious and clean. Looks like it had just been renovated. A cosy alcove outside to stay out of sun/wind, plenty of sunbeds and chairs outside. The host, Pascual was fantastic, everything we needed for our stay, including welcome drinks, was there. We couldn't work out how to use the hob, but I'm sure that will be sorted out for future guests. Lovely, lovely villa.

We had a lovely stay at the villa. Pascual couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, and made us feel very welcome. The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday - a real home from home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a huge fridge-freezer. Comfortable beds and two bathrooms with walk-in showers made things very easy for our adult son who has mobility issues due to cerebral palsy. And the washing machine was great! The location of the villa was perfect for us. Right next to shops and bars, while also being safe and secluded. We definitely want to go back!

Everything you need for a great self-catering getaway is here. The property itself is ideally positioned close to Playa Blanca town centre in a quiet, safe, gated complex. The pool is shared by 3 villas but there is plenty room for all. Pascual the owner is always available and very helpful if you have any issues at all. Plus he owns a great bar just across the road with exceptional sea views and a warm welcome. Overall a brilliant holiday home in a safe quiet part of town within walking distance of everything and incredible value for money.

The villa was in a great location and had everything we needed. There were a few things in the flat that were slightly broken and therefore difficult to use, but this wasn't a big issue.

Fantastic location and homely villa

Realy enjoyed 10 days in this villa and Pascual is an excellent and obliging host. The location is central to the port and the town so no need for taxis or buses.

We spent a very comfortable two weeks in the bungalow, the furnishings are tradional but it had every modern convenience and is very spacious. Pasquel the owner was extremely helpful with any problem we had and we felt very safe in the gated community, and only a short walk from Flamingo Beach.

Ideally situated in a small complex close to the beach and local amenities. There is a commercial center two minutes away with a selection of shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket.
Large salt water pool shared with 2 other villas from the family.
The villa has BBQ, terrace with dining area.
The villa is spacious and comfortable. Available washing machine, dishwasher. 1 floor, suitable to meet the needs of reduced mobility .
