Hi Tammie, Thank you for reviewing your stay with us at Benchmark Management. We are sorry the fridge was not in working order upon your arrival. Unfortunately, the issue with the fridge required assistance from a third-party vender and we were at the will of their scheduling in regard to when the fridge could be fixed. Per the rental agreement signed prior to your arrival, we are not responsible for broken appliances within the property. With that being said, we were able to provide you with a cooler and ice when requested for the inconvenience. Thank you, Benchmark Management.

Brett, Thank you for leaving a review! We’re very sorry for the issues that you experienced at Float Away! We did look back through our notes and see that you did call the day of arrival to report that the shower was leaking but were okay with someone coming by the following morning instead of that night. We also were able to send a vendor for the dishwasher on the same day to be fixed! While we understand the frustration you felt, we do feel as though we addressed these problems in a very timely manner. We also brought towels out to your group the third day of your stay to help with the laundry load! We hope that you’ll give us another chance to provide you with a great vacation!
