- This condo is located at the most western point of Highway 30A. Located right across the street from 3 Sons Bar-B-Q and not far from Los Rancheros, it's in a great spot to try out some great local restaurants!
- Topsail Hill Preserve State Park offers fun family adventures with unbeatable amenities. The park also features over 10 miles of scenic trails winding through coastal dune lakes, forests, and wildlife-rich habitats perfect for hiking, biking, birding, and picnicking.
- Stallworth Preserve: Less than a mile away from this condo, down 30A is the closest beach access. Just a short golf cart drive away!
- Dune Allen Regional Beach access is easy breezy - just a 3 min drive away. Dune Allen RBA offers restrooms, limited parking, ADA compatible, seasonal lifeguards
- We provide beach gear as well - enjoy complimentary towels, 3 boogie boards, beach chairs, and an umbrella.

- Located on the first floor, walk through the patio to reach the front door. We recommend taking a moment to relax in the outdoor seating and enjoy the salty air!
- Step inside the spacious, open-concept living area! Relax in the cozy vibes with plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy.
- The dining area seats up to 4 with additional seating at the kitchen island.
- The fully equipped kitchen is ready to take on any meal your heart desires during your stay, including an Air Fryer! Make mornings easy and breezy with our complimentary coffee!
- Just behind the kitchen, you'll find a twin daybed room with a twin trundle, perfect for kids or additional guests.
- Directly next to this bedroom is the Queen bedroom.

- There are 2 parking spots available for this condo in the parking lot.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
