We understand the inconvenience this may have caused. We have shared this information with the appropriate team to ensure it is addressed promptly. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to host you again for an improved experience.

respond to guest review: This is a great location with views of the water and steps to the pool. However, the coffee pot had moldy grounds and there was an overwhelming odor (I believe of food/ spices) that made the first day almost impossible and it didnt completely go away over the course of a week. Otherwise, the unit was clean . Appears to have new floors and updated paint. Shower pressure in master is great. Furniture is stained /dirty and has a “first apartment on no budget” vibe. It’s really unfortunate because the location is so nice.

Hi Tim, Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the spacious accommodations, easy beach access, ocean views from the balcony, and all the community amenities. A day filled with beach time, a match on the tennis courts, and fresh fish on the grill sounds like vacation done right! We’re also happy to hear our communication helped make your stay smooth and enjoyable. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. We’d love to welcome you back for another relaxing coastal getaway! Best regards, Benchmark Management

Hello Joshua, We're so glad to hear that you enjoyed your time spent at Beachside Villas 221!
