Escape to serenity at our charming vacation home in Santa Rosa Beach. This delightful retreat boasts three peaceful bedrooms, two offering a queen bed, and one a queen bed and an additional twin bed for extra comfort. With three full bathrooms, complete with showers and essential amenities like hair dryers, your stay will be as convenient as it is cozy. Relax in the spacious living room, where our Pottery Barn sofa offers even more sleeping space. Our full kitchen includes coffee maker, Keurig, gas oven/stove, fridge, and full dishware. Stay connected with fast WiFi, and enjoy comforts like air conditioning, heating, an iron, a washing machine, and more.

Our pool and patio come complete with a fire pit and plenty of seating under the sun, shade, and stars. For an extra touch of relaxation, ask about turning on the pool heater in advance of your stay!

Our home is child friendly, with a high chair, pack and play, and stair gates available. We are also pet friendly, with a pet fee of $275. We want the whole family to be able to enjoy themselves in beautiful 30A.

Great Place...

Great place to stay for our visit! Location to coffee shops and restaurants really made our stay easy. Pool was great for our two little ones that traveled with us for when it was too hot to be on the beach. Overall if fit every need we had for our vacation.

Great house, great location.

The house was set up perfectly for our needs and our kids loved the pool and backyard. The owner was very easy to work with and the location was conveneint to beach and activities. We enjoyed our time there tremendously!

Vacation

We had a great time staying at this house. The rooms where great size, pool was wonderful, the location was perfect for what we where looking for. We would definitely come again and reccomend this place to anyone we know.

The house is beautiful— and cozy for post beach naps. The decor is so cute and functional!

We had a great stay— Aaron was super friendly and helpful when we needed him. The furniture is comfortable and the linens were really nice. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Beach was close by and wasn’t super crowded. Overall very please and we will stay here again!

Great home really close to the beach

We've stayed in this home three times now and each time it gets better. Aaron does a great job maintaining the property and recently remodeled the master bathroom. The home is wonderful for our family of 6. It's a short distance from a great beach and the private pool is a family favorite!

Perfect family beach trip

We had such a nice stay at Easy Breeze! Aaron was so helpful and very responsive! The property is beautiful, and we really enjoyed the private pool. It is a short bike ride to the beach which was great! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Aaron, for making us feel so welcome!

Great property, great pool!

Property was in good location, right off 30-A, near shopping and restaurants. Pool and deck was great! Not much seating in living area but overall was good. Beach was always crowded so you have to claim your spot very early.

Perfect family beach home

Perfect for all family of four and a friend- from toddler, teen to adult. We enjoyed parking our car and biking and golf carting all week. Daily stops at beach bean/coastside. Clean easy beach access. Heated pool was awesome. We will be back

The Name Says it All

Everything was lovely and just as described. I can’t wait to return. Perfectly situated just off 30A with easy beach access. Management was great - checked in with us a couple of times and made a few recommendations as well. Definitely will go back!

Well appointed property! Great backyard!!

Everything about the property was great! The beach was a short 10 min walk. The location was safe, a bit away from the hustle and bustle of 30A, but close enough to reach the trails. The pool was excellent. The fire pit and the deck were awesome. The landscaping was great. The interiors were modern. The street was safe. Overall, a great relaxing stay!

Excellent

A lovely home with beautiful decor in a perfect location. Lake access is about 100 steps away, the beach is a short walk or bike ride (2-3 min) and the pool and yard are fantastic and larger than expected. Walking distance to the Florida Fish House restaurant for dinner or lunch. The 3 queen and the twin bed were all very comfortable. We highly recommend this vacation rental and property manager.

Beautiful Comfort

Everything was excellent. I would totally recommend this beautiful and comfortable home. My only suggestion would be to rent bikes from another company besides Swell because they were very old and junky. We will be back!

Great home and amazing pool!!

I LOVED this house! I chose it mainly because of the private pool and outdoor patio! I have 2 young kids that nap so I wanted to be in the sun while others were still at the beach. The house was AMAZING with the cutest decor and it is just a short bikeride to the beach! Aaron is great to work with and super helpful!! We will be back!!

Amazing location and house!!!!

This was our third time staying at the Easy Breeze and it was amazing just as it has been for the past two years- the location is our favorite because it is private and quiet yet still so close to everything!! This is a meticulously maintained property and always sparkly clean. We stayed here last year and had a wonderful stay but this time was even better. Updated and fresh furnishings, linens, succulents and amenities throughout plus a lovely large landscaped yard and deck/patio area with a great swimming pool. Easy and consistent quality makes this a pick for us when visiting the Seaside area. We will do it again..and again. Thanks!

The Refresher

Loved staying at this beautiful house ! The decor was beachy and on point. Beautiful happy place with upgraded everything. Such great touches throughout the home. Fresh flowers were a great touch. Linens and comfy beds. Plenty of room for a family to stay. Outside is wonderful with all the porches and deck and pool area. Loved staying here and we will be back. Beach is close by and called to have umbrella and chairs rented and set up, South Walton Beach Guys Rock! Vinny & Cam Thanks for the memories!

Great trip!

We loved this property. It was perfect for our group. We can not wait to go back. We loved the location. It was in a quiet area and the beach access was great. It was a fun bike ride to the beach. Also a nice walk. We enjoyed the lake also- beautiful. The house was beautifully decorated. Very clean. We stayed in the backyard most of the time we were there!! It was great. We loved the fire pit and the pool. So nice!! We didn’t want to leave! The property manager was fantastic and very helpful. Always very quick to respond! We hope to go back next year. Highly recommend this property!

Just Perfect!!

My family and I recently stayed at Aaron's beautiful home during our fall school break. We absolutely LOVED everything about the home. The house was cozy, charming, and comfortable. It had all of the amenities we needed in the home and the decor was simply beachy and breathtaking. Aaron made sure that we had everything we needed. Our bikes were even waiting for us when we arrived. He was only a text away if we needed anything and responded immediately. The beach was just a bike ride away, but the pool was also an added bonus to an already wonderful property. My husband and I (and the kids) would definitely stay at this home again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the serenity of 30A. Allie

Fun had by all!!

Enjoyed our 25th Anniversary with our family. We spent a week at the Easy Breeze property with our adult children and their spouses. Aaron was very accommodating, he brought in an extra twin size comfortably bed and allowed us to check in early. He also had our bikes lined up from The Swell Company. The bikes were our only means of transportation around 30A. It was very easy to get around with just bikes. Our week stay was a little chilly to be on the beach but enjoyed the private heated saltwater pool. The house was decorated super cute and very clean and comfortable. Our only recommendations would be more paper products(paper towel, toilet paper and garage bags). Especially with 8 adults. We love the 30A area and will return in the future!!

"Always Sunny in Easy Breeze"

We have been going to this area of 30A as a large family for over a decade and the owner was by far the best and most accommodating of any one I have dealt with. Aaron was very nice and easy to work with. The pool was great and we spent most of our vacation in the backyard. Plenty of room for my son and I to toss baseball and play other games in and around the yard. The house was clean and in great condition. The kitchen had all of the appliances and necessities of home and all of the pictures and descriptions on vrbo were extremely accurate, no surprises or misrepresentations like a few places we have stayed at in the past. All of the balconies were nice places to hang out and drink a few brews. I always rate things based on if I would return or not and we all left feeling like we would come to this house again someday.

Wonderful house and location

For our family of four (two teenagers), an apartment or house is better option than hotel. The description of the house and its location is just as shown - perfect! With multiple bus lines within a few blocks and Fulham-Broadway subway station within 10 minute walk, we got around in all directions easily. Battersea Park (walking trails, interesting gardens, etc.), too, just 10 minute walk. There were good restaurants/pubs, supermarkets, and shops all easily walkable. The house was lovely and fully-equipped - of a standard not usually found in rentals. The upper deck was a marvelous spot to catch morning sun and have a quiet breakfast. Everything was clean, Lillian, the owner, welcomed us, and she left essentials so we could limit our shopping. The master bedroom, on the top floor, was large and private. In summary, we can't recommend this highly enough and will certainly go back on our next visit to London.

A gem in a quiet neighborhood

The home is a gem. Beautiful, peaceful and light decor with quality fixtures. Terrific kitchen with a large bar. The back yard is an oasis and we thoroughly enjoyed an afternoon dip & drinks on the teak chaise loungers which resulted in a relaxed snooze under a big shade tree. We loved this. The rooms are all spacious. 2nd upstairs bedroom has a nice large bathroom with a great, deep soaking tub. The neighborhood is so pretty and so very quiet. You have access to 2 great beach access points at the back of the neighborhood. We especially loved the Sugar Dunes access because we could park the golf cart right near the entrance. The Walton Dunes access is also gorgeous, but the parking is a short hike down the road and is a small lot that can be filled easily. We had amazing mornings at the beaches, enjoying crystal clear water and several memorable beach sunsets. We loved being in between Rosemary Beach and Seaside & Grayton. It was a convenient spot for sure. The host was super fast in communications when a small issue arose day 1. It was clear that they care and want you to be happy. We really appreciated this week, we needed it so much. I highly recommend this property.

Pictures and Description don’t do it Justice!

We came down in late March for Spring Break with a small group of family (4 of us) and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The house is right out of the movies - pristine, gorgeously decorated, spacious (great common space but private decks and plenty of nooks to get away from the crew), and makes you want to rethink your life choices and immediately move to the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable (which isn’t something we expected from a rental). The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood off of 30-A within walking distance to the fish house (which was great) and easy driving/biking distance to the more populated areas of Seaside/Watercolor. The private pool was great - we chose to heat it and it was like bath water. My little guy was out there by 9 every day and was swimming like a little fish by weeks end. The pool area is never fully engulfed by sun so it was perfect for both the sun and shade seekers in the group. We used the fire pit to make s’mores in the evening. Literally, picture perfect experience. The pool seemed much cooler one day so I reached out and had a response within 30 seconds and someone there to resolve it in under 10 minutes. Will definitely rent again if/when we come back to the area!

Great Thanksgiving Break Getaway

Easy Breeze was the perfect setup for our family’s Thanksgiving break! We had three kids with us, ages 4, 7 and 8 along with 5 adults and everyone fit comfortably in house for 6 nights together! We used two twin size air mattresses on the floor in the master for our two boys to sleep in the same room with us to make space for two other families in the other two bedrooms. The heated pool was our favorite part, especially with the colder temps as we still were able to enjoy the outdoor space every day. The back yard is spacious and well set up to sit comfortably near the pool or around a camp fire. The inside space was very clean, well decorated, and just as shown on the listing. Showers were amazing and never ran out of hot water, even with all 8 of us needing showers after swimming! Location was great - 10min walk to the flat beach entrance, or a 3 min bike ride. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream and donut shop. The only slight bummer was there are not dressers in two of the three bedrooms, lighting was dimmer than we would have liked in the kitchen and the master bedroom, and no kitchen pantry for dry goods. But the laundry room right off the kitchen provided plenty of space for our non-refrigerated food. Aaron was very responsive with our questions, and we hope to be back again! We are very thankful for a great, memorable stay at Easy Breeze!

Our private pool is my favorite, where kids can splash and play and the family can lounge and catch up. Our place is a perfect getaway.
