Superbe vue pour des vacances inoubliables !

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette jolie maison qui est très fonctionnelle et qui offre une magnifique vue sur la vallée de Soller... la vue est superbe depuis la piscine ou la terrasse ! Propriétaires très aimables et accueillant, un vaste jardin arboré très agréable avec des citrons à volonté. Un endroit parfait pour découvrir les charmants petits villages de la région et pour randonner dans la sierra.

Kleines abgelegenes Paradies ein paar Minuten von Soller

Das Haus liegt mitten in einem schönengepflegten Grundstück, mit Pool und traumhaftem Blick auf das Tramuntana Gebirge. Die Beschreibung war sehr reell und genau. Vielen Dank an Miguel, den super freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter. Es war schön in eurem Haus.

Best vacation ever

We spent a month in this delightful house and had a thoroughly good time. The outdoor area was stellar with a good sized pool partially shaded by olive trees, loungers and beach umbrellas. The spacious upper terrace was where we ate family meals and entertained with home-cooked dinners for as many as 10 (which says a lot fr the kitchen and kitchen equipment). Our evenings on the terrace were breezier than by the pool and we frequently sat 'sobre mesa' as they say in Spain until late at night. Despite the fact that the property is located on the Sollér-Deiá road, it it sits back far enough on it's own grounds to provide complete privacy and we were never bothered by boisterous neighbors or traffic noise. The air conditioning was a real plus given temperatures of up to 36ºC (97º F) and some family members took refuge from the midday sun indoors while others simply cooled off in the pool. Michael and Marta (the property managers) where a god send. We arrived very late (delayed by car rental issues and a lost wallet) and they couldn't have been more accommodating. They even brought essential supplies of wine, cheese, fresh fruit and coffee for the morning. Any questions we had was dealt with speedily and with good grace. We were in the hands of willing experts who were always available to take care of us, make local recommendations and make sure we were comfortable. We all felt thoroughly spoiled. I cannot recommend this property enough.

Erholung pur in Mitten der Natur.

Die Finca ist eine Perle! Wir waren 10 Tage dort. Negativ kann ich lediglich sagen, dass die versprochene Garage nicht von uns genutzt werden konnte ( Es war ein Stellplatz für ca. 2 Autos vorhanden.) Und das lediglich 1 der drei Schlafzimmer klimatisiert ist. Ansonsten entsprechen Bilder und Beschreibung der Wirklichkeit. Es war soweit alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Der Verwalter hat sich frühzeitig bei uns gemeldet und per WhatsApp haben wir uns Vorort gemeldet und in Soller getroffen. Gemeinsam sind wir zur Finca in den Bergen gefahren, da die Einfahrt, wenn man sie nicht kennt gern übersehen werden kann. Ein rundum gelungener, erholsamer Urlaub. Ruhe pur, Nachbarn waren keine zu sehen ein echter Ruhepol. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants innerhalb von 10 Autominuten entfernt. Man muss jedoch Berge und Serpentinen mögen.Das Grundstück ist in Hanglage wunderschön in Terrassen angelegt mit Oliven, Zitronen und Johannisbrotbäumen. Traumhaft!

Het perfecte huis om te genieten en tot rust te komen

De woning is eigenlijk meer een Vila, als je aankomt bij de oprijlaan met rij je tussen de vijgen en citrusbomen naar het huis, daar aangekomen zie je als eerste het prachtige uitzicht en het zwembad. Wij waren van plan om om de dag een strandje te bezoeken, maar zijn uiteindelijk bijna alle dagen bij het huisje gebleven omdat het er zo fijn was. Van alle gemakken voorzien, een super fijne bbq en in de avond hoor je het geluid van een ezel en geiten belletjes op de achtergrond. Het lijkt wel een sprookje zo mooi! Wij zijn 2 weken in Mallorca en verbleven de eerste week in deze woning om tot rust te komen en te genieten van elkaar. Dat is zeker gelukt! Een aanrader!

Wir haben die Finca und die Ruhe vor Ort genossen! Alles war super und wie beschrieben, sehr gepflegt und ausgestattet wie "zu Hause". Wirklich zu empfehlen!!

Excellence is Soller!

We had such a wonderful holiday in this gorgeous property. The owner was very helpful and everything we could possibly have needed was in the house...including spare light bulbs! Super location. Great facilities. Perfect! Thank you.

Great Tramuntana view !

We just cam back form our vacation and the Tramuntana view is still in our minds and hearts. We are a family of 3 and stayed for 2 weeks in this beautiful place. Communication with Miguel and later with Michael and Marta was really easy and forthcoming. The house provided everything we needed and has a great front terrace and an exceptional saltwater pool overlooking the mountains. Soller is just down the hill and a beautiful place to see. it's the second time we have there with my familiy and we just love the place. There is everything we need, it's clean, not far from Soller -our favorite village in Mallorca- and the owner -Miguel Angel- is just very friendly and very professional at the same time. we wish you a so lovely stay there as we had.

Excellent, tranquility in Soller

We stayed in the house as a family of 4 and had an amazing time. The house provides everything you need and the view from the terrace is simply stunning. We loved the outdoor barbecue. The photos of the house really doesnt make it justice. The location of the house is great for hiking, bike rides or a day at the beach at Port de Soller. Big plus is that the house had central heating since we went there in the middle of December and it could get a bit cold. The communication with Miguel Angel and Marta was easy, they did everything to make us feel very welcomed. Thanks again! JM with family

Splendide

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille magnifique ! La maison est très bien placée, facile d'accès depuis Soller. Le point de vue depuis la terrasse sur la vallée de Soller est tout simplement splendide. Un accueil trés chaleureux nous a été réservé par Gabriela, notamment avec une surprise au frigidaire... :-) En résumé, aucun souci durant notre séjour, et je recommande vivement cette location !! Un petit plus à souligner, la climatisation dans le salon et une des chambre... Vivement la prochaine fois !! Jérôme, Véronique et les enfants
