CAN RAIA - Chalet with terrace in Sóller.

Marvellous townhouse for up to 6 persons, in the privileged region of Sóller, at the skirts of the Tramuntana mountain range, recently declared Patrimony of Humanity.
The house disposes of a huge patio, for long breakfasts and exquisit barbecue dinners, accompanied by a glass of wine and the views on the landscape.

The 200m2 house is distributed over 3 floors. On the ground floor, a well-equipped spacious kitchen with direct access to the patio, with built-in electric oven, vitro hob, dishwasher, and all other utensils for the cooking enthusiasts. The homely, yet modern, living- and dining room invites for relaxing on the couch, watching a movie on satellite TV, or some evening chatting in front of the pellet fireplace. It counts with air conditioning to adjust the temperature to your needs. On this floor, you will also find a bath room with a shower and a laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

On the intermediate level, just a few steps up the stairs, we find the first bedroom, with a double bed and air conditioning. On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms with air conditioning: one with a double bed and an en-suite bath room with a shower and a bath tub. On the third floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed. All bedrooms count with a wardrobe. On request, we can prepare a baby cot, a high chair, a fan and up to three electric heaters.

The village is only 500m further up the road. The emblematic church of Sant Bartomeu, from the year 1236, is one of the may things to visit. You will find all kinds of shops and restaurants, to taste the typical dishes with fresh gambas. Take the tram to Port de Sóller and enjoy the beach of Es Repic or a walk over the promenade or explore any of the beautiful hiking tracks to the romantic villages of Deià, Fornalutx or Biniaraix. Palma is easy to reach, as well as the coves of Cala Deià, Llucalcari or Port des Canonge.

Top vakantie gehad in een prachtige ruime vakantiewoning.

Mooie ligging en groot ruim huis. Leuk met fruitbomen erom heen. Goed terras en goed werkende airco. Zeer tevreden! Er waren een paar kleine mankementjes maar niets hinderlijk.

not is all as it seams

The house looks very bright and airy on the photos but in reality all the rooms are very dark and musty.The settee could either do with a good clean or thrown out.I would do the later. We used two tins of fly spray to try and control the fruit flys.We failed. The picture of the garden bares no resemblance to what we found. Certainly the table and chairs you see were not there. The house is well situated for the town about 20 min walk it is on a very busy road.

Ideal property in lovely location

Clean and well renovated property. Modern bathrooms. Perfect location within 10min walk of the town centre and yet felt as if we were in the countryside. Only 10min drive to Port Soller, beach and restaurants. Ideal location for travel and exploring the mountains and villages in the surrounding the area. Rooms were large and spacious with well appointed air conditioning except top floor - Which was a shame as this room had the most fabulous views. The outdoor space was nice bbq was perhaps a little neglected. Parking in the street was easy

Schönes, geräumiges Haus

Im Februar 2023 ein wenig kalt, die Klimaanlage reicht zwar aus, aber das Haus erwärmt sich noch nicht - Aircondition aus, und sofort wieder kalt. Ein Heizlüfter gab den Geist auf. Der Pelletsofen auch. Jetzt die Pluspunkte: gute Lage nahe zum Zentrum und doch im Grünen, guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen, Garten vor dem Haus, relativ ruhig. Gute moderne Ausstattung in einem traditionellen, stilvollen Haus. Empfehlenswert.

Ligging is prachtig

me gustó: Ligging is prachtig, uitzicht op bergen, makkelijk te lopen naar het centrum en een mooie wandeling naar de haven (duurt 1 uur via de bergen). Mooie tuin met sinaasappelbomen. no megustó: je wordt meerdere keren per nacht gewekt door de haan van de buren. Oordoppen zijn dus nodig.

« We spent a wonderful stay in Mallorca, the house is big and the outdoor is nice. Surrounded by a fence, it is practical with children. Homerti is very quick to come if we have a problem, this is good. We just think that the house is getting old and some aspect should be repaired or replaced. Water leak in showers (also a huge water stain permeates the living room), a bathroom with still visible pipes, some kitchen utensils are missing, the doors creak a lot. It would be good also to mentionned that a bedroom doesn't have a door. Finally, we asked for babybeds, but the baby sheets were not provided. It should be provided. There are small details but good to know. »

Casa ideal, apartada para estar en calma, aunque no tenga garaje no hemos tenido problema para aparcar siempre delante de la casa. Amplia, grande, habitaciones amplias y todas con aire acondicionado excepto la de la planta superior que hace bastante calor en verano. La cocina tiene de todo lo necesario para cocinar. Como único negativo la limpieza en general de la vivienda y lo poco cuidado que esta la zona del jardín.

absolutely recommended

Beautiful house, well equipped with everything you need (although I would perhaps suggest bringing a few ice cube bags as there is only 1 tray at the villa and none sold in local shops). Great location about a 20min walk from the town centre and only about 30mins easy walk to the beach (would recommend walking or a taxis over the tourist tram which is €7pp each way!) We were treated to fresh oranges from the garden - perfect for breakfast each day and a lovely gesture. All in all a very enjoyable stay - would absolutely recommend it.

Saubere Schlaf - und Badezimmer, jedoch Küche mit nicht ganz ausreichender Ausstattung (fehlende Küchentücher, keine passende Kanne zu den vorhandenen Kaffeemaschinen) und nicht alles Geschirr sauber. Lage an einer viel befahrenen Straße (morgens und tagsüber).

Pretty solid option to stay in Sóller

Nice and clean, very functional, AC is clearly a plus in summer. One thing to know is that the road is pretty active and we can hear cars, this did not prevent us or our 2 years old to sleep, but you should be aware.

Schönes Haus, alte Substanz, geschmackvoll renoviert und im mallorquinischen Stil eingerichtet, klare Linie zwischen urban und rustikal, wie es dem schönen Städtchen Soller entspricht; auch Küche und Sanitäres liessen nicht zu wünschen übrig.
