Thank you for your kind words. I have noted your comments about the TV and as soon as I am able to get out there myself which should be in the next few weeks I intend to purchase a nice modern mid size flat screen TV and with the wi if also due to be sorted soon guests will be able to watch a good number of satellite channels. I hope this didn't impact on the enjoyment of your holiday too much.

Thank you for your review, I am visiting the property myself in a few weeks time and I will be able to addtess most of not all of these issues.

We spoke about this at the time and what had happened is the TV company had been sold to new owners and in doing so the customer accounts were all severed. When I rang the new company they had no record of my account and I suggested they speak to the previous company and they never got back to me. The old account had been closed because 14 euros was owed BUT nobody contacted me. I have subsequently ceased to trade with this new company as a direct result of their terrible customer service and because this guest was the first one of the season it was very unfortunate as this was when we found out.

Thank you for your review. We can only react to maintenance issues once we are informed and the toilet seat was replaced as soon as we knew about it. In regards the keys we think all parties should have 2 sets of keys , unfortunately your stay coincided with the management company changing the keys for the perimeter gates as a standard security measure. There is approximately a 2 week wait to receive additional keys. This matter has now been rectified. Given your experience was not the best due to things out of our control we would extend a discount voucher of 10% off your next stay, which I am certain would be trouble free. Thank you for your review. Can you tell me more about the problem you had with the bed as most guests find the beds very comfortable. In regards the light connected to the fan I am arranging for an electrician to take a look at this for me. Lamento escuchar sus comentarios. Tenemos muchos aparatos eléctricos algunos han sido comprados en España y algunos en el Reino Unido, para los comprados en el Reino Unido tenemos muchos enchufes de adaptador para convertirlos a enchufes españoles y sólo tenías que preguntar si no podías encontrarlos. Una bombilla puede soplar en cualquier momento y una vez más tenemos muchas bombillas de repuesto en la casa que sólo tenía que preguntar ya sea a mí mismo o a Mitch mi amigo que cuida de la casa para mí. La barbacoa debe haber sido la izquierda por un inquilino anterior, ya que don't permiten barbacoa porque puede dañar el césped astro en la terraza de la azotea, de modo que este yo didn't saber acerca de. En cuanto a las camas que son sólo la segunda persona en 4 años que encontró las camas incómodas y en este sentido no hay nada que pueda hacer. Lo que me gustaría decir aunque si te hospedes en nuestra propiedad nuevamente o dondequiera que te hospedes NO sufras en silencio, estamos aquí para ayudar, pero si don't pregunte no podemos solucionar los problemas para usted.

Hi John Thank you for your review. I am glad you enjoyed your stay. The location is wonderful and is the main reason we bought there. I agree the bathroom could do with a " Face Lift " I was out there only a few weeks ago and my intention was to replace the large mirror therein but there is a little electrical work required as its one of those with the built in light sockets so I have delegated that to be done by a local maintenance chap we use as electrics is not my area of expertise. I use the house myself a lot during the winter months ( January, February, October and November ) and it can get a bit chilly of an evening so we have 3 electric radiators that live on site ( a 2kw and 2 x 1.5 kw ). If we are out for the evening we usually leave the 2kw on about a three quarter setting and this seems to be perfect as you come back to a nice warm home. I also think the air conditioning units are a real eye sore and they take up a lot of space on the roof terrace. If the air con is a preference for you and you would like to visit this region of Spain in the future, I have another property only 3 doors down ( No 1202 / property reference 8735518 ) which does have the air con installed. To summarise Im not sure I need air con just yet as you are only the second person to mention this in 4 years but I agree the bathroom could do with a bit of TLC and once again I thank you for your feedback.

Dear Akio Thank you for your review. I am glad you liked the house but I was disappointed to hear you had trouble with the Internet. I visit the same house several times a year and the internet has always been very very strong, it has to be because I use it for work plus I use NETFLIX to stream English speaking TV programmes. When we were informed there was a teething problem with the internet we first assumed the problem was to do with either the weather conditions or un planned maintenance as something similar had occurred about 2 months previously but it cleared itself up within 24 hours. However, I have subsequently spoken to NEXT COMMUNICACIONES ( our Internet supplier ) and they have told me they were inundated with problems at the same time due to a technical problem from their end whilst they were updating their software or system, I'm no expert but that is what they told me. I am visIting Spain myself this week and my first day will be spent in liaison with NEXT COMMUNICACIONES although they have assured me over the phone that everything is OK now and have apologised for the inconvenience caused. Furthermore, the guest who visited after you had a similar issue on the first day but then enjoyed strong internet for the remainder of his trip so whatever the problem was does appear to have been fixed. I will be asking NEXT COMMUNICACIONES to compensate me but whether they do or not I would like to offer you 10% off your next stay when I am certain the internet will be working like it normally does which is particularly strong. We might have been able to resolve this issue a lot sooner if we had been informed sooner but we only found out there was a problem when we enquired with you about it. Remember we are here to help and would much rather be notified of anything our guests are not 100% happy about immediately so we can attempt to rectify a situation. If guests " suffer in silence " it is impossible for us to find a solution. Warm Regards James - The Owner
