Excellent location for all services Apartment was clean and generally in good condition Both bathrooms are in need of some work however all functional Kitchen was well appointed , however an English version on the hob would prove helpful Same for the satellite control - no channels working Awing needs some repair work Large balcony area excellent One small point Lock on rear balcony door not secure Overall very small points that did not spoil a wonderful stay in a very comfortable and well appointed apartment

Great position, terrace & outlook

Winter short break with friends - simple collection of keys from office - bit of an issue using garage & accessing building (lack of instructions) but once in were happy with the apartment - comfy, fabulous large terrace, very well equipped kitchen, good pressure showers, lounge furniture a little tired but comfy enough! Apartment in great location - good views, close to supermarket, restaurants & Moraira water front. As well as getting in 2 hours early we were also given a late check out which was very much appreciated! Blankets & extra pillows in wardrobes please. Instructions on shutter operation, cooker & aircon too please.

Der Zustand der Inneneinrichtung ist schlicht weg katastrophal. Randleisten der Möbel, Brüche von Waschbecken , Brüche von Marmor an Wänden, usw.Nicht mehr zeitgemäß.Kleine Balkontür lässt sich nicht schließen, der Gastgeber meinte im 4. Stock kann ja keiner einbrechen.

Gut, aber durch den Stromausfall konnten wir die Wohnung nicht beziehen

Es war alles super. Durch den bedingten Stromausfall konnten wir die Wohnung nicht am vereinbarte Termin beziehen. Wir standen um 16.00 Uhr wie abgemacht da und es war niemand da. Zum Glück haben wir Unterkunft bei meiner Schwester gefunden. Eine Entschädigung wäre ermessen. Besten dank

Ausgezeichnete Lage der FeWo ideal für 2 bis 4 Personen WiFi und TV tadellos Küchenausstattung komplett Tiefgaragenplatz für PKW funktionierende Wärme-/Klima-Anlage sowohl (kleinere) Ost- als auch (riesige) West-Dachterrasse Instandhaltungs- bzw. Reparatur-Stau: undichte Fenster in Küche (Regenwasser drang ein) und Wohnzimmer (Zugluft von oben bei Wind aus westlichen Richtungen mehrfach Ameisen im Bad en-suite Feuchteschäden an Schränken und Türrahmen im Bodenbereich drittes Schlafzimmer sehr klein und laut (wg. Klimaanlage) kein geeigneter Tisch auf Ost-Terrasse (fürs Frühstück) Keine Garderobe - nur Wandschränke zu wenige Handtuchhalter oder Haken in den Bädern. fehlende Hinweise zur Bedienung der Schalter in der TG. Eigentümer betrat Wohnung ohne Erlaubnis und in Abwesenheit der Mieter !

Estancia muy agradable

La ubicación. Las vistas. El servicio de mantenimiento. Parte del mobiliario está un poco viejo. Las sillas del comedor, algunas están desencoladas. Una de las camas de la habitación pequeña estaba totalmente inservible. A los sillones de la terraza de les veía los alambres. Eso lo tendrán que arreglar. Por lo demás todo bien.

Spacious penthouse with stunning deck and views at the beach.

Comfortable and spacious top-floor apartment one block off the beach in Moraira. Stunning sea and town views from a huge deck almost as large as the unit itself. Two well-sized bedrooms with a third somewhat cramped but suitable for children. Full working kitchen, including a paella grill and pan! Would return again.

The view was idyllic and I did not want to leave. The location in town was so perfect that you literally had a few metres to the supermarket, bakery of even the most excellent Vespa's restaurant.

Lovely visit!

Great location right in the heart of town. Fantastic views and outside space. Inside decor could do with updating but totally functional. Very comfy bed in main bedroom but water pressure very low if you like a goood shower. Didn’t spoil the holiday at all though. Its Moraira. Nothing could!
