May in Benissa

Lovely property, suited us perfectly. Could use a little freshening up. Property was well maintained while we were there with pool being cleaned frequently and the garden attended to. I’d highly recommend this property. Perfectly safe for our dog also which was a huge bonus

Belles vacances

Belle villa sur joli terrain clos. Spacieuse et confortable. Bien équipée. Belle piscine et terrasse. Un congélateur dans le frigo de la cuisine pour des glaces ou glaçons. Une planche à couper (nous en avons achetée une chez Mercachina). L’eau chaude ne dure pas longtemps dans la douche qui est dans la chambre principale lorsque l’autre douche est utilisée en même temps.

Great location. Guzman Service top!

Quick drive to all local facilities and to the beach. House is spacious and comfortable with everything that one needs for a long term stay. I had two small maintenance issues, which Guzman responded to and rectified quickly.

Building Site

We stayed at Villa Erita in Benissa from May 29th - June 8th. Which we booked through a Company called Guzman (big mistake). My wife and I plus two friends from Belgium had booked in for 10 days. We picked the keys up from Guzman after a 4 hour wait for the cleaners to finish at 4pm in our experience it’s usually 2pm. We arrived at the villa and were shocked that we were confronted by a huge building site opposite Erita with a 60ft crane and several workmen. The site was directly opposite us and no more than 5 yards away. The noise was horrendous, surely we wouldn’t / shouldn’t have to stay here! Obviously we went back to the Guzman’s offices to complain and asked to be moved, and after several conversations with them they refused to move us repeatedly citing our contract. The guy behind the desk even showed me an email that the previous Tennant complained about the same problem. Basically we had to like it or lump it. Unless we were prepared to pay for another Villa and losing the monies we paid for Erita, Ridiculous. So we were stuffed and the next 10 days were a nightmare We spent most of our time inside. We have been using Vrbo now for several years and HomeAway before and have never had cause to complain. Our villas/service has always been first class. Guzman need to forget about their contract and use it to hide behind when circumstances are over and beyond the norm. They surely have a moral obligation to have informed us and we would have cancelled.

Maravillosa estancia, desconexión total sin ningún ruido y disfrutando de todas las comodidades necesarias. Muy satisfechas con la villa y con el trato de la empresa viñlas guzmán. Para repetir!!

Familienurlaub mit 5 Personen und Hund

Schönes großes Haus, alles vorhanden, komplettes Kücheninventar, ausreichend Platz, viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, tadellose Klimaanlagen, einfaches Handling mit dem Service Tapete von der Decke im Badezimmer löst sich, Risse im Außengrill, Außenmarkise hängt in Streifen. Leider wurde in der ersten Woche ein Haus gegenüber abgerissen, somit war hier den ganzen Tag Baulärm, Dreck und Staub. Aber das ist eben so.

Een villa om terug te komen

De afgelopen twee maanden hebben wij met zeer veel plezier 'gewoond' in villa Erita. De villa heeft alles in zich voor een prettig verblijf. Uitstekende bedden, voor de verwarming een pellet kachel naast de airco, een meer dan complete inrichting en ruim voldoende buiten meubilair en parkeer mogelijkheden. Daarnaast alle lof voor de service van Guzman. De ventilatie van de badkamers is matig. Zeker als het koud is doe je geen raam open waardoor de vochtige lucht lang blijft hangen wat leidt tot schimmelvorming. De koel/vries combinatie in de buitenberging is aan vervanging toe. Omdat er binnen een prima koelkast is volstaat een vriezer.

Para mejorar.

El fregadero de la cocina estaba atascado y cuando ponías el lavavajillas salía agua por el fregadero. El armario de la habitación principal no tiene baldas. Los colchones muy antiguos. Se notaba la diferencia entre la cocina y salón a las habitaciones que son muy antiguas. En la ducha del cuarto de la bañera salía bien el agua. En la ducha del dormitorio principal no te podías duchar bien porque salía poco caudal de agua. El toldo está roto. Cuando llegamos no habían arreglado el jardín y estaba lleno de hierbas malas.

Cómoda y espaciosa villa con buenas instalaciones

Tanto las habitaciones como el salón son espaciosos. La zona exterior es enorme y el poder aparcar los coches dentro de la villa está fenomenal. Las sartenes están muy usadas y se pega la comida, vendría bien reemplazarlas. La mampara de la ducha del baño pequeña se sale del carril. La bañera del baño sería más cómoda de utilizar si tuviera mampara o cortina.

Lovely first visit to Benissa

Beautifully clean, spacious Villa set in lovely surroundings. All as described. Our only thoughts were a map of local area with perhaps suggested beauty spots, recommendations on eatery’s etc would have proved useful to us.

Meer empathie en kennis van medewerker (oudere vrouw met zwart haar). Taal probleem met haar en snapte ons niet. Mannelijke begreep het meteen en was zeer medewerkend Talen kennis van medewerkers en info naar klanten welke website ze moeten gebruiken
