We apologize for the elevator not working properly. All of our properties receive wear and tear from weekly use. We try to maintain them at all times. It has since been serviced and in working order. Your comfort and satisfaction are incredibly important to us, and I appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. Regarding the living area seating arrangement, our listing does include photos that clearly show a dining table with seating for 6 and additional seating for 4 at the bar. However, we understand that this may not have been sufficient for your group of 14, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I regret to hear about the issues with the third-floor half bath and the water pressure in the master bathroom. Upon reviewing our records, I see that we only received a call regarding a broken toilet. We deeply apologize if there were other issues that weren't addressed during your stay. It’s vital that we are made aware of all concerns so we can resolve them promptly. The elevator malfunction and difficulty with the outside doors are also concerning. I understand how challenging it must have been to carry groceries up three flights of steep stairs, especially given the circumstances. Please know that we are committed to improving our property and services. Your feedback will help us make the necessary adjustments to ensure future guests have a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.
