Top quality!

The condo was exceptionally clean, spacious, and welcoming. Everything was as advertised and the property manager was even nice enough to let us check in as early as possible! We had an incredible vacation here!No complaints here other than going up and down stairs when you are burnt to a crisp is quite difficult lolWe decided to leave some beach toys and floats for the next guests to enjoy their stay as much as we did!

We were 7 adults and this place fit us perfectly. There was enough space for us to spread out comfortably. We cooked several meals and grilled once, and had everything we needed. Everything was very clean and the outside furniture appeared almost new. The home is on the farther end of Gulf so that you are away from the crowds at the condo end. Walk to beach access is close and easy. We left a couple of raincoats in the home and property manager has gone overboard in getting them back to us.

Our favorite stay in Navarre Beach yet!!!

Sand Dollar Cottage was perfect for our New Year's trip to Navarre Beach. Everyone had a place to sleep and the beach was just across the street from our front door. Beds were super comfortable too, which can sometimes be so hard to find when traveling! We highly recommend this host for your next beach vacation!

Wonderful Property!

The house was the perfect place for our group of friends! It is close to the beach, very clean with lots of towels (always a plus). The three decks were perfect for beach watching. I would definitely recommend it to anyone:)

Family vacation

My wife and I our 3 adult kids daughter in law and our 2 grandkids stayed the week. We had a wonderful time despite the rain. Short walk to the beach, appreciated the beach towels!!

Great location and house layout works awesome for families.

This was our second time staying in this home. Location is great for walking to the beach. Layout works really well for multiple families and/or younger kids. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. Beach towels/chairs included is also great when you travel a long way to get there. We plan to stay again! Thanks a bunch!

Attentive and accurate

Beautiful home just as pictured. Great for private spaces for many people with large communal areas. The perfect amount of everything we needed. Renter is attentive and responsive. Best part...beach is a 2minute walk from the front door.

Location, Location....

Great location, views, comfortable master bed, fairly well-stocked kitchen. Quick walk to the beach and national seashore!!!! Bike/walking trail in front yard. 3 balconies and 2 living areas Could use a few more towel racks &/or hooks in upstair bathrooms & details on TV operations, but overall great place to stay. In fact I've already rented it for 2025.

Family reunion

Was a wonderful place to stay. Nice porches for morning coffee and evening ice tea. Nice size rooms, big family area. Kitchen had what we needed to cook with. Shower and 2 hoses for rinsing off sand from chairs and beach items before going inside. Great location. The pictures didn't show how nice this place really is. Its bigger than it shows in the pictures I think.

Excellent Family House

We had a wonderful stay. The house was well stocked with all kitchen items we needed. Plenty of towels! My only complaint (& this is so minor) is that there were several lightbulbs out - under the carport, the front balcony, above the stove, 1 in the master bathroom. The house was great though. We had plenty of room for the whole family!

Big house to fit a mom-kid get away

There was plenty of room for 3 moms & all our kids to stay and enjoy the beach. There were minor electrical problems and toilets not flushing, but they were promptly solved by the management company. Management company was prompt in returning messages and very clear with arrival and departure instructions. The house had all necessary kitchen utensils in order to cook day. The beds were comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay.

Amazing experience

Family of 12. Plenty of room for all! Property was very clean very accurate description of listing. Previous reviews stated home swayed at different times. Not a deal breaker. Plenty of pots/pans and silverware. Would for sure book again.

Pleasant stay on a quiet beach

The house was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The beds were comfortable with nice linens, plenty of towels, and beach towels for everyone. The beach was a short walk across the road. We very much enjoyed our stay. We just had one issue - upon arrival the house smelled really bad due to the washing machine having stagnant water left in in for a couple of days. They were aware of it and couldn't get anyone out until the day after we arrived. We had to spend the evening out as it was so bad, however, someone came out the next day and fixed it.
