Top quality!

The condo was exceptionally clean, spacious, and welcoming. Everything was as advertised and the property manager was even nice enough to let us check in as early as possible! We had an incredible vacation here!No complaints here other than going up and down stairs when you are burnt to a crisp is quite difficult lolWe decided to leave some beach toys and floats for the next guests to enjoy their stay as much as we did!

We were 7 adults and this place fit us perfectly. There was enough space for us to spread out comfortably. We cooked several meals and grilled once, and had everything we needed. Everything was very clean and the outside furniture appeared almost new. The home is on the farther end of Gulf so that you are away from the crowds at the condo end. Walk to beach access is close and easy. We left a couple of raincoats in the home and property manager has gone overboard in getting them back to us.

Navarre Beach july 2024

Absolutly amazing. We actually thought we had the wrong place when we enetered the home. Newly remodeled. Had everything week needed. The only things we notice was the freezer in the fridge would thaw out and refreeze. The lights in the bedroom were wired together. When we used the remote for the light or fan, we would be controlling the other rooms lights or fans. There were screws and left over remodleing materials scattered around the property. We left those alone but picked up several screws . In the driveway and step area to the front of the house. Other than that we recommended this to anyone. Very close to the beach. Quiet at all times of the day

PERFECT LOCATION!

We booked this home for our annual family vacation. This was our 1st trip staying in Navarre. We chose this home for its location, wasn't too far from the beach access, and a short drive to restaurants, or site seeing along the coast. We arrived on our scheduled day and time with no issues, walked in the home and noticed a musty smell, and found a dehumidifier with instructions on use, no issue with that. As we were unloading I noticed the exterior steps leading up to the home separating from the house. and they felt very unstable as you walked up and down them. An email was sent notifying them about this issue. We unloaded and put away food. Day 2, we notice a couple dead roaches, as a property manager, I understand this can be an issue in rental homes. Another email sent, still no response about the stairs. After preparing dinner and seeing live roaches, we decided to leave the next morning. I sent another email stating we were leaving the property. Never heard from management at all.

Family friendly property. Super short walk to the beach

We're super impressed with the property/location of the property. Will definitely recommend / book again if we come back to Navarre. Upon arrival, check in was a breeze and was suprise the property was also updated. They did a really good on the remodel. Absolutely beautiful inside. Only complaint was that we wished the trash was fully emptied. The trash was full when we arrived and the maintence worker came back and emptied half of the trash. The can light above the fridge was dripping water. The freezer did not work at all and the upstairs light were all sync into one remote, so if you were to turn the switch in one bedroom, it would interfere with another bedroom light. The grill upon arrival still had food in it so thats my reason for giving it a 9/10. Overall, super impressed with the check in, communication and the property itself.

First, I’d like to say that most inconveniences were tended to prior to us leaving. I truly don’t want to give them 1 star because they did communicate and worked on most of our issues. However, I am not giving a 5 star review due to the fact that they were completely unready for our stay. We booked what seems like forever ago, but I do understand that things happen. Now I would like to get into everything that went wrong- 1. The manager kept texting and making sure that we would not come before 4. No problem since that was the agreed upon check in time. We went to the beach and actually didn’t get there until after 4 where we were greeted by the construction crew. Super nice people. They had been working on the house and were told to leave at 5, but said they were done and left. 2. At 3:56 pm we were informed that there would not be a washer and dryer until Monday (our check out). Not ok since that was one of the mentioned amenities. We didn’t pack much and we have kids. They made arrangements to bring it the best day. Thank God! 3. A broken bed that they knew about prior to our arrival. They planned to fix it, but I’m guessing they forgot with the remodel. My parents slept on it, even with it leaning. It did get fixed the next day when the washer and dryer were delivered. 4. None of the outlets in the kitchen worked, and were not fixed. 5. We tried to keep a tidy house, but the trash bins were so full from construction that we could barely fit any garbage bags.

Location, Location....

Great location, views, comfortable master bed, fairly well-stocked kitchen. Quick walk to the beach and national seashore!!!! Bike/walking trail in front yard. 3 balconies and 2 living areas Could use a few more towel racks &/or hooks in upstair bathrooms & details on TV operations, but overall great place to stay. In fact I've already rented it for 2025.

Family vacation

My wife and I our 3 adult kids daughter in law and our 2 grandkids stayed the week. We had a wonderful time despite the rain. Short walk to the beach, appreciated the beach towels!!

Clean, cozy and within walking distance to the beach!

This house was booked for 2 families to enjoy a high school senior's trip before moving away to college. This trip was booked over a year ago. This young lady is an avid softball player that had tragedy hit when she tore her ACL in January 2022 (her junior year). This injury prevented her from pitching for almost an entire year. Through hard work and determination, she was able to bounce back after surgery (and complications). She had a heck of a softball season! So much so that her high school team won their district championship and made it to the state final four for the first time in the school's history! We couldn't miss this once in a lifetime opportunity for her and her team. The property manager was more than understanding and offered to let us shift our days! This allowed us to not miss softball or the beach! The house is very nice! It is cozy, comfortable, clean, has everything you need and is close to the beach! We loved our stay! We are already trying to plan our next trip!

Great location and house layout works awesome for families.

This was our second time staying in this home. Location is great for walking to the beach. Layout works really well for multiple families and/or younger kids. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. Beach towels/chairs included is also great when you travel a long way to get there. We plan to stay again! Thanks a bunch!

Attentive and accurate

Beautiful home just as pictured. Great for private spaces for many people with large communal areas. The perfect amount of everything we needed. Renter is attentive and responsive. Best part...beach is a 2minute walk from the front door.

Our favorite stay in Navarre Beach yet!!!

Sand Dollar Cottage was perfect for our New Year's trip to Navarre Beach. Everyone had a place to sleep and the beach was just across the street from our front door. Beds were super comfortable too, which can sometimes be so hard to find when traveling! We highly recommend this host for your next beach vacation!

Excellent place to stay for a week or two or three.

Booked for our family to get away from work and stresses of everyday life. House was clean and very well maintained. Close to everything and plenty of room. We would definitely use this house again in the future.
