Just as described—Gorgeous

Loved this condo. Great view of the Gulf, plenty of room in the condo, comfortable bed. Would recommend wholeheartedly…and stay again myself. Great visit at a great place.

Loved stay right on the beach!

Great place to stay on the beach! First time at Pheonix 7. Parking wasn't a problem and it was close to everything we needed. Liked the partial runner from the boardwalk to the beach...made the walk easier. The condo was nicely decorated, updated and clean..bed was comfortable. Couldn't ask for anything more...other than a hairdryer. :) Thanks for an awesome stay! Would definitely go back.

Great place, great view

Loved the location, being able to see the beach and gulf right from the balcony. Really enjoyed having coffee each morning before we headed out on adventures for the day, or just headed down to relax. The pool is open late, which was great since it was very hot while we were there, and hoping in the water as the sun set was a fantastic way to cool off. There was also an inside pool, which would be great in cooler weather or when it's raining outside. Overall a great time.

Great get away

Beautiful location right on beach. The property was well kept. Our room was very clean. Couple of things that need to be looked at. Ceiling fans need to be cleaned. Extra toilet paper or towels would be nice as well instead of having to ask. I will definitely go again to this location.

Orange Beach

We had a short stay in Orange Beach. My husband, myself, and sister and brother-in-law went down to visit our oldest daughter and family who were driving in from Texas. The communication was great and the place was very nice. Furniture different from pics but everything else was great! The deck was large and the view was fantastic. The pool was awesome, could use a few more umbrellas but nonetheless was very comfortable. Quite a few kids so if looking more so an adult vacation, probably not the place for you. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Also beach and grounds were very clean!

Beach front condo in a good location!

We really enjoyed our stay and will probably book here again. The Phoenix complex could use a few updates, but the unit was fine. Only thing negative I have to say about the unit is the guest bedroom door would not close all the way due to one of the bed frame’s. Wasn’t a big deal for us as it was just my daughter, wife, and I, but could be an issue if you and another couple/family split the condo on a trip.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo. Everything was in good condition & working order. Clean. Comfy beds. Easy check in & check out process. Amazing view! Did not enjoy the required $55 parking pass in addition to what I had already paid however. We enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely recommend!

Shrimp Festival weekend

**For starters, paying $50 for a parking pass IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. I could see if we were staying a week, but we were ONLY there for THREE days!! NOT HAPPY about that. I WILL NOT be staying at this location again. And ALSO will be asking BEFORE booking anywhere else about parking pass fees. Weve been coming there for 7 years and have NEVER had a parking pass be this expensive. **Dishwasher was backed up and wouldnt drain. It stunk from having water laying in it. And has to get maintenance in to fix it. **The ceiling of the master shower was falling off as I was showering. For the costs of the rental, I would have expected these items not be an issue.

When we arrived the door code did not work, but liquid life resolved it quickly. The room did not look like the room I booked. The door on the front bedroom wouldn’t close, it hits the bed. The sheets on one of the beds was dirty, we had to wash them ourselves to be able to use that bed. I texted the company about the sheets with a photo, but they did not reply. The ice maker is loud, so if you’re a light sleeper it will likely wake you up. It’s a convenient location. The setup process was seamless, and the information provided by Liquid Life was helpful with all door codes needed, hours for amenities, etc. There are great restaurants close.

Very clean and family friendly

This condo was very clean and convenient to the beach for us with two small kids. When we walked in I almost thought it was the wrong room because the furniture had been updated from what was in the picture. Everything was nice but we didn’t have the fun teal and orange colors that were listed. I have one complaint from our stay and that is that the bedroom door would not close because the bed was too large and blocked the doorway. So we didn’t have much privacy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool. This place is very well kept all the staff are friendly and It was our first time to Orange Beach and we would definitely go back again.

Great trip

Was a great spot to stay with the family. Enjoyed the location and weather. Only negative I have is that did not know we would have to pay $55 dollars to park there for two days. Every place I have stayed at in Orange beach has had a parking permit that came with room. I would understand if it was for additional cars or preferred parking. But not knowing this ahead of time was not ideal!
