Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and you are encouraged to purchase your parking passes prior to arrival. (Limit 2).

We had a great time staying here. The condo was very clean and well kept. Beautiful view from the balcony! The entire building was very clean. There were 4 elevators so we never had to wait. The pool was very nice and clean as well. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great condo

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was clean, and we felt comfortable there. We enjoyed the 2nd floor location because it was very easy to go back and forth between the condo and pool/beach quickly. We would stay there again.

Not for those looking for quiet relaxation

Orange Beach is overrun with chain smoking, beer guzzling, country music blasting people. Not the place if you are looking for a classy, relaxing beach stay. The beaches and pools are crowded and dirty.

We adore our charming little slice of the Gulf, but we get it—sometimes folks prefer their beach vacations with a bit more polish and a pinky-up martini in hand. Just a little history lesson for fun: the term "Redneck Riviera" has been around since the 1960s, describing this stretch of Gulf Coast—from Panama City Beach to Gulf Shores—as an affordable, family-friendly alternative to the French Riviera. (Yes, even the oh-so-trendy 30A is part of it!) All jokes aside, July is one of our busiest months, and the area can definitely have a lively buzz. We'd love to welcome you back, and if you're looking for something more low-key next time, we’d be happy to recommend a quieter spot that better matches your style.

LOVED OUR ATAY

Came down from Arkansas with my daughter and several of her friends. They loved the view from the balcony and the beach, of course. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Close to Walmart and places to eat. Couldn't have been happier!

Perfect location

This condo was in a perfect location. It was very comfortable, clean and well decorated. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. The view of the gulf from the balcony was unobstructed and we were close enough we could hear the waves. The indoor and outdoor pools were great. We had a cable issue and received immediate help. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our Stay

The property was nice and the overall experience was enjoyable. The condo was nice and the furnishings were comfortable. Housekeeping needs to pay attention to the details. The shower curtain liners need to be changed and the shower heads were clogged. We had to clean them before we could use them. The kitchen was very functional and it had all of the utensils we needed during our stay. Overall it was a good time.

Great unit!

This was a great two bedroom condo on the 3rd floor (when you count ground level). The door code came well in advance and the place was very clean and nicely furnished. It had all of the basic necessities for a comfortable stay, including if you wanted to cook your meals instead of going out to eat. We used one of the grills by the pool one night (grill brushes are in the grills). If you are worried about running out of toilet paper, Walmart in Gulf Shores sells a 4-pack for 60 cents. We also purchased a cheap beach chair there as well. We never had to wait long for an elevator when we needed one. The beach section in front of the building was beautiful and expansive - powdery white sand, which was raked every day. Plenty of space for everyone. It is a very long stretch of beach in Orange Beach, great for long walks along the shore. The pool area was very nice, although we did not use it except for grilling out. The condo is in a good location, near restaurants and stores. We actually walked to The Gulf Restaurant. It was a bit of an effort walking the beach to get there, but manageable. There are no sidewalks along the road, which is unfortunate. The only small negative is that balconies do not feel private. At least 6 other balconies are quite visible, but we had no issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was great!

Nice condo, always found seating by pool, easy access to all the amenities our complex had to offer. Bathrooms probably need better lighting and updated. But other than that, it was a great place. Would book again.

Will be back.

Would have been nice to have a Keurig. We had extra pillows but no pillow cases. It was very cool so a couple of throws would have been good too. We had 3 boogie boards and one beach chair. Add a couple more for a family would be good. Sliding door to master did not lock Bed was comfy, living room was comfy too. Easy access to parking and beach by the stairs. Will probably be back.

Would not stay in this unit again

The living room and kitchen were nice, but the bathrooms need upgrading. The master bath (if you can call it that) was very tiny. I think the toilet was for children. The 2nd bath very slightly better, but not much. Also on the second floor the view of beach was limited. Would not rent this unit again.

Great updated condo

Loved the place! The only complaints would be better/brighter lights in the bathrooms. Please replace the yellow dim bulbs and cleaning service needs to clean/vacuum behind furniture. Pretty nasty in guest bedroom. Noticed this as I was looking for plug in for chargers.

Great experience! Property was clean and as expected. Thank you for a great week! My only (very small) issue was the master bathroom shower curtain needs to be replaced. Other than that, very clean condo!!
