The owners, Rob and Jackie have lived in Washington State all their lives. While raising their two daughters, they would rent a house in Leavenworth over the New Years holiday to celebrate. They have great memories of spending time in Downtown Leavenworth enjoying all the town had to offer. Now, they are able to share their home with others, with the hope of their families making great memories in the town that Rob and Jackie love so much.

Rob and Jackie looked for over a year for the property that spoke out to them. They wanted a home that made them feel welcome when they pulled into the driveway and entered the door. In 2017, Rob and Jackie agreed that the Icicle Creek Chalet was that home. From the chalet style architecture to imposing dining area, they knew when they first walked in that it was their home away from home, and they have made every effort to make it yours as well. The ability to use the heated garage as a play space was important. Having a place for children or adults to go out and enjoy a game of ping pong or foosball makes the stay just that much more fun, and creates good memories or all, and that what this is really all about, making great memories with friends, family and loved ones. Additionally, having a hot tub was high on their list. When Rob and Jackie spent those New Year holidays in Leavenworth with their daughters as they were growing up, a home with a hot tub was a must. And so it is, the Icicle Creek Chalet has a hot tub. Other amenities such as the gas grill and fire pit simply add to the options of what can be done while visiting. Rob and Jackie hand picked all the furniture in the house in an effort to make it welcoming and comfortable for not only their guests but for themselves as well.
