Pizza oven was full of mold so was not able to use the groceries we brought as intended. The kitchen utensils need replacing as the wood spoons are quite worn, there was one tiny spaula that looked like it had been in a garbage disposal as all chipped up. The cheese cutter was broken and cooking pots and pans are worn. The meat thermometer needs a battery as it didn't read the correct temperature and.we couldn't find any tongs. The couch was not comfortable at all, especially if you are physically challenged as sit low. It is also very deep, hard to get out of and we had to unscrew the ottoman so you could use the full couch. The main floor shower wasn't usable as it was very slow to drain and would overflow as a very shallow edge so our guest had to towel up and go upstairs. The host did offer to have the housekeeper come and see if the trap was full but this should have been dealt with before we arrived and noted when shower was last cleaned. The decor was cute and Christmas themed. Better rugs needed at the back and front doors (inside and out) as it was hard to keep the water and pine needles from being tracked in (rained the whole time).
