Finally, the villa boasts a fully fitted Western-style kitchen, with all appliances. This gives any residents the opportunity to prepare meals.

Accommodation is comprised of 5 bedrooms comfortably accommodating a maximum of 10 people. This villa offers the unique luxury of a stand-alone pool house, adjacent to the main living quarters, providing its own privacy. It consists of a king-size bed, and en-suite bathroom, opening onto the sun deck and swimming pool.

On the ground floor is a large living and dining room, with ample seating on a comfortable sofa and a 10-seater dining room table. This allows the opportunity to relax and watch the 50" flat screen television with DVD player and cable TV, or to dine inside. This individually designed villa also benefits from an open-plan TV lounge. The fully fitted Western-style kitchen with breakfast bar is fully equipped to meet your every need.

Outside, opposite to the pool house, there is a sala with ample seating and 8-seater table for alfresco dining. Furthermore, this villa offers plentiful sunbathing areas, with a feature sundeck suspended over the pool, and a purpose-built balcony on the upper level.
