サルラから10 km、ラロケからジャックまで5 km、ドンムから3 km、セナックから2 kmの小さな村のすぐ外にある、全面改装された140m²を超える大きな石造りの家。 1階には60㎡の広いリビングルームとペリゴールの暖炉、設備の整ったキッチン、洗濯機、冷凍庫、洗面台、W.C。のあるバックキッチンがあります。 2階に3つのベッドルーム、1つにはウォークインシャワーとシンクがあり、バスルームにはトイレがあります。 広大な敷地、5m x 11mのスイミングプール、日当たりの良いテラス、ドンムのバスティードの息をのむような眺めは、牧草地と森の中で静寂と平和を提供します。 ペリゴールの有名な金色の三角形の中心に位置し、ハイキング、サイクリング、城への訪問、分類された村などがあなたの滞在を快適に占めます。

Comfortable and mostly very well-equipped house with excellent pool in an ideal location for our favourite parts of the Dordogne valley, with glorious views of Domme from the terrace. Easy car access to Cenac for the supermarket and an excellent boulangerie, but a little far to walk. Bedrooms were a little cramped thanks to sloping walls and there were one or two odd omissions in the very well-fitted kitchen but we had a very enjoyable week there.

Perfect in every way

The house was ideally situated to visit many well known tourist spots. Not far from Cénac where there is a supermarket, bakers and market on Tuesday morning. The house is wonderful, full of character - a perfect blend of traditional and contemporary furnishings. Kitchen is well equipped. The swimming pool is wonderful and the sitting area around it is quite private with beautiful views looking over to Domme. You have everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Great property in a lovely location

We had a fantastic two week stay at this property. The house has been renovated and decorated to a high standard, with a good sized pool and nice garden space. The property was very clean when we arrived, with a nice gift of wine and biscuits from the owners. The living room has two good sized sofas and a wide screen TV with I think CD player which we didn't use. There is also a large dining room table and two smaller tables. Only three of us stayed, but the house can easily accommodate more. The kitchen is a reasonable size with the usual kitchen appliances, cutlery, crockery and glasses. Behind the kitchen is a useful utility area with washing machine, basin and toilet. There was a large chest freezer though this wasn't working at the time of our visit. Upstairs are three bedrooms, with some limitation for head-space due to the sloping roof. There is a good bathroom with toilet, basin and bath with shower-head. One bedroom has a shower in the corner. The pool is a good size and cleaned regularly. The views from the garden are very nice over the field and towards the village of Domme in the distance. The closest village is Cenac which is a five minute drive away and has a very nice boulangerie and reasonable sized Carrefour supermarket. Cenac has a weekly market, though we didn't visit. We very much enjoyed visiting the local chateaux, villages, gardens and kayaking on the Dordogne river. I can certainly recommend this property and the location.

Environnement calme, acceuil charmant, belle maison, piscine avec une super vue. Seul bémol : pas de climatisation dans la maison et avec 35 a 40 degré pendant 10 jours, les nuits ont été très difficiles surtout avec un enfant de moins de 2 ans.

Wir haben 14 Tage zu viert in dem wunderschönen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus verbracht. Der Pool ist wirklich toll und sehr groß. Wir haben die ruhige Lage und Ausblick auf Domme sehr genossen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Neben Domme zB Sarlat, Beynac und La Roque. Der Kontakt vor Ort und den Vermietern war unglaublich freundlich.

Heel leuke locatie- mooi zicht-uitstekend zwembad

Wij hebben hier een goede vakantie kunnen doorbrengen. Het huis biedt alle comfort, voldoende ruim, zwembad is super, met enkele leuke attributen in de koffer! Indeling slaapkamers kon misschien beter gezien enige douche in slaapkamer zit. Benedenverdieping meer dan groot genoeg, inclusief keuken en berging. Ligging is ideaal om uitstappen van hier te doen, mooie streek! Enkele suggesties: voorzie een betere BBQ (rooster volledig versleten en verroest, niet bruikbaar), een grotere tafel buiten is handiger als je dan met meer dan 4 personen zou verblijven gezien de woning aangeprijsd wordt voor met meer dan 4 personen te kunnen verblijven.

Auch beim 2. Mal - einfach grossartig!

Wir waren bereits im vergangenen Jahr hier. Auch beim 2. Mal haben wir uns in diesem Anwesen sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war wie bei guten Freunden zu Gast zu sein. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool sind einfach großartig. Die Küche, das Wohnzimmer und der Schlafbereich sind perfekt eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Der Garten, mit dem Blick auf Domme und dem großen Pool lädt zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen ein.

Great holiday day home, at a central location

A great home, equipped with the essentials for a good stay for a single family with 2 children. For people over 180cm, I am 194cm, the upstairs rooms are a little bit cramped because of the slanted roof. And the beds are to small, my feet were sticking out. Because we had one bedroom to spare, so I used a double bed to sleep across the bed. The kitchen and the scullery were of a good size and equipped with all the necessities. The outside is great, the pool is super and the views are very memorable. We saw deer for 4 nights and beautiful sunsets over Domme. The location of the house, on top off the hill, is very good to visit almost all of the highlights in the Dordogne area. We loved every moment of our trip and would definitely come back to this beautiful house and superb views.

Besser geht es nicht - super Objekt in phantastischer Lage

Dieses Haus liegt ruhig am Rande eines kleinen Weilers mit einem phantastischen Blick auf den Ort Domme. Der Garten ist liebevoll gepflegt, der Pool großartig in das gesamte Anwesen integriert. Das Haus ist hervorragend und perfekt ausgestattet. Man merkt, dass es regelmäßig von den Eigentümern mit ihrer Familie genutzt wird. Man hat fast den Eindruck privat zu Besuch zu sein. Leider gab es kein WiFi.

Très belle maison dans un très bel environnement

Maison isolée mais à proximité de tout. La vue sur le village de Domme est à couper le souffle. La piscine est de très belle taille, le jardin également. La terrasse est bien située pour profiter en soirée d’apéro / repas. Idéale pour 4 adultes et 2/3 enfants. 20min de Sarlat, 5 min de Domme, une heure de Rocamadour, proximité des pistes cyclables permettant de relier le Château de Castelnaud en 30min en vélo. A refaire car il y a tellement de choses magnifiques à découvrir dans cette magnifique région.

Que dire sinon que cette demeure est juste parfaite pour une maman, son ado de 13 ans et ses cinq jeunes adultes? Des propriétaires charmants, une maison super bien équipée et soignée, un hameau au charme infini, une vue imprenable sur la campagne et colline avoisinantes, une région magnifique qui regorge d'activités et de points de vue. Sublime séjour !

Une semaine absolument parfaite dans une sublime maison. Les propriétaires étaient absents mais ont su nous adresser un très gentil mot d'accueil et s’assurer de notre confort. Un jeune homme charmant nous a fait visiter les lieux et expliquer tout ce qu’il faut savoir pour que cette semaine soit pleinement réussie ! Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du jardin avec sa vue époustouflante. Le calme de cette maison est très appréciable. Très bien équipée, tout y est de très bonne qualité et raffiné. Les environs sont magnifiques, énormément d’activités et visites à faire en famille. Une semaine parfaite !

Heaven

A beautiful honey-stone farmhouse in the heart of the Dordogne. Very well appointed and maintained. The photos here don't do the house justice - it is much lovelier. Excellent pool, idyllic setting, a 5 minute drive (or 25 minute walk) to the village where there is a boulangerie, a good supermarket, and restaurants. River swimming nearby. The property owner has been extremely helpful, informative and understanding through the whole process. The house is not large - it's an adequate size for six adults (though there's only one proper bathroom and one proper shower). Ideal for four adults and 2 children. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house. I hiope we will be able to stay here again one day.
