My family stayed here to attend a family wedding. It was centrally located, clean and had a great layout for multiple couples and kids. Check in and out were easy.

Great stay!

We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. Plenty of space to visit, get ready morning of and have family over. Host was very accommodating and the home was very well equipped (only bonus would have been a Keurig). It was very quite and close to everything we needed. Couldn’t have had a better stay!

House near Kyle Field

This cute house maximizes all space. Having 3 bathrooms is great! Great location, can get most places in college station in less then 10 mins and some places within walking distance.

Perfect house!

We rented this charmer during our daughters move-in to A&M. The house has everything you need, and the location couldn’t be more perfect. We only used two of the four bedrooms, but our beds were super comfortable. Very clean! Responsive host!

Best VRBO in College Station, no contest!!

This was the absolute best VRBO experience! We stayed here for a week while my son completed in the USATF Junior Olympics. The house was perfect; close to Kyle Field, an easy car ride to HEB, walkable to Starbucks, and the cleanest, most thoughtfully stocked house ever! Plenty of TVs, towels, spices, food storage and bathrooms. We felt so welcome and it really made our stay great!! Strongly recommend; you will not be disappointed!!

Property is clean, updated, and well furnished. Location is very close to campus and a great grocery store, H.E.B. that sells the best in-house chips and salsa! The bed mattresses need to be replaced--specifically the king bed and "mattresses" in the bunk room.

Final Review

We came to College Station to attend a Corps of Cadets event. The property location was excellent. 4 bedrooms with enough space for all 11 of us. The backyard gazebo was a nice way to spend the afternoon. Contacted the host about a minor issue, and it was quickest resolved.

Plenty of towels and showers warmed quickly. AC worked great in 100F weather. Able to park 4 cars in the driveway. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Even had soft blankets to use while watching TV. Close proximity to TAMU campus. Rear bedroom has 3 twin beds instead of 4, but wasn’t a problem for us.

Great Location and House

Location was close and accessible to campus. House was a great size for two families. House was clean. The only surprising thing was that we were expecting 2 bunk beds in 1 of the bedrooms and there was 1 bunk and 1 twin. We had 4 boys sleeping in that room so we had to improvise with a mattress that was under the bunk.

Great location!

The location close to the campus and restaurants is great! Was clean, but could use a spring cleaning to get cob webs, etc. and the grass/weeds were very tall. Ran out of toilet paper so I contacted owner and they replied right away telling us where to find more. But then I texted the next day saying there was no more and the microwave was not working and never heard back. It really did not effect our trip as we shared TP between bathrooms and warmed things up on the stove. Also, the room with 2 bunks only had 1 bunk and 1 twin, but luckily we only needed 3 beds in that room. Just a few easy tweaks would make this a 5 star for me.

Dec Stay

Upon arrival, the door code was not changed from the previous guests and the cleaning crew had not been there. We were asked to leave for a short time while a cleaning crew cleaned the property, upon return the property was very clean and smelled great. Our stay was very nice after this except there was a short on the microwave. The microwave would throw the breaker every time we tried to use it.

The Kyle Field Casita is the perfect home for entertaining. It has plenty of room for all your friends and the whole family but is cozy enough for a romantic getaway for just the two of you. This home is close to EVERYTHING. Walk to TAMU or ride the bus that is only steps away. Enjoy the the backyard under the shady canopy or relax by the fire pit while grilling on the charcoal grill. This house has it all!
