Host answered all of our questions. The cabin was nice and clean. We had eight people in total and the pull out bed was broke so it made things a little difficult for sleeping situations. The TV in the master with the big tub sound kept going in and out and very static. The hot tub buttons didn’t work. For the amount of money we paid it would have been nice for those things to work properly but other than those we had a fantastic time. The view was nice the property was very clean and enjoyable.

Upon arrival, the fire alarm was beeping constantly so we had to remove the battery. One of the big windows in the living room area had no blinds, thankfully the neighbor didn't have a window where they could see into our cabin. The upstairs sleeper sofa was broken and was just in a pile because the sofa bed wouldn't go back down into a couch. The hot tub had no water in it so we had to fill it up but it didn't ever heat up so it was broken also. The only reason we stayed in a cabin was to be able to enjoy the hot tub, so next time we will save our money and just stay in a hotel room.

We got into pigeon. Forge heard about the big snowstorm coming. We never even went to the place. We turned around and left and went back home.

We completely understand your concern upon hearing forecasts about an incoming winter system, and we respect your decision to prioritize safety while traveling. Weather in the Smoky Mountains can certainly be unpredictable, and it’s not uncommon for forecasts to sound concerning, especially for those coming from out of town. That said, during your reserved dates of November 9th through 11th, the actual conditions in Pigeon Forge remained reasonable. There was no significant snowfall during that period, with only a trace amount (approximately 0.01 inches) recorded on November 10th, and roads and access to the cabin remained open and unaffected. Because the reservation was not canceled prior to the 2 week window, and the cabin was fully prepared and held exclusively for your stay, we were unfortunately unable to honor a refund under our cancellation policy when weather conditions did not materially impact access or habitability. This policy is in place to be fair and consistent for all guests. We genuinely regret that you were unable to enjoy the cabin and the experience you had planned. We do hope you’ll consider visiting again in the future, and we would be happy to host you under more favorable circumstances so you can fully enjoy the cabin and everything the area has to offer.

Nice Family Cabin

We enjoyed our stay here. There are some things that could be updated in the cabin, but overall it was very clean and cozy. The host was very helpful and wanted to ensure we had a great experience. Location is great as well- a secluded, mountain view, but only a couple miles from the main strip.

My family of 6 enjoyed our week here! The owners were very helpful. When one of my children messed with the thermostat and shocked the system. The owner was vigilant and had someone come out and remedy the situation even though it was late at night. Can't recommend this cabin enough. Will definitely be coming back

Wonderful trip

We had an amazing stay at Happy Trails. The cabin is in a great resort in an awesome location. Four adults stayed comfortably and enjoyed cooking here for our stay.

Very upsetting to pay a cleaning fee and it not be clean upon arrival for our stay. Lots of broken items and bowel movement smeared on the floor. The hot tub smelled like mold and not a drop of chlorine in it. Cute cabin but it needs some TLC.

Great location

Wonderful location as we were in town for Cal Ripken baseball. The whole team stayed in this neighborhood and it was close to everything, but still felt isolated from the bustle of Pigeon Forge. Very responsive host, clean cabin, and the game room/loft kept the kids entertained.

Wonderful view. Peaceful. Had an awesome time in the hot tub. Grandson enjoyed the game room. Shopping and restaurants not far off at all. The cabin was extremely clean.

Very nice simple living

It was a very enjoyable stay for my family of 6. Had plenty of room for kids to spread out and each feel like they had there own space. It was very nice to have a whole house to go back to every day after a long day of activities! Thank you to the host for all the information and help while we were staying at there home.

Very nice well mantained property- had a minor issue upon arrival- owner had great prompt communication-with a maintence person there within minutes. Canin is not far from pigeon forge- but far enough out that it is away from the hussle and bussle in a very nice gated community. We will definately be back- hot tub was amazing- little arcade game was alot of fun- wrap around porch was great!
