Great stay

Comfortably fit my seven friends and I. Peter was very easy to get in touch with and super responsive. Close to beach/boardwalk and easy access right off island entrance.

Perfect place!

I stayed her for the weekend with my daughter and her 3 friends for her 16th birthday. It was clean, in a great location, and had lots of space.

Awesome location, very clean

We had an awesome time at the beach! Not far from everything and anything you need. Didn’t need to drive anywhere once. Everything we needed was in the house. Would stay again!

Perfect Sweet 16 weekend

Our daughter and her friends were comfortably in one room and my wife and I were in the other. Living room, dining room kitchen and balconies were perfect! Excellent communication and easy check in/out. Highly recommend.

Thanksgiving Break

Great place for a November break. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen for cooking (we only made breakfast). Easy walk to the Boardwalk and close to the bridge for easy access on and off. Would stay again!

Beach Getaway Disappointment

My family was very excited to stay at this beach house. We arrived early and asked owner if we could get into house early. They said yes and they would let us know when cleaners left. No response from owner and check-in time had arrived so we arrived at house to find cleaners still cleaning past check-in time. This started the disappointment for our stay. We arrived to a house that was not fully cleaned, beds not made, gum stuck to outside table, multiple things in house broken or falling apart (bowls, ceiling lights, tv remote, outlets upstairs, toilet seat upstairs, toilet randomly leaked upstairs, multiple windows left open and blinds pulled down with AC running etc.). The neighborhood around house is pretty run down with not much around shopping/food wise unless u walk 3,4 blocks to boardwalk. We made the most of our stay but was pretty disappointed with what we got. Next time will prolly go to different shore point or area in seaside heights.

Great spot

Great spot for the week. Perfect location to walk to the boardwalk and beach. Home was clean and it was easy to figure out any questions that came up!

Seaside stay

The unit could be very nice. Cleanliness ( fans, floors, tables, furniture) was poor. Some safety items require addressing. GFCI in kitchen and front porch (with weather tight cover) and the spiral stair baluster width are at the top of the list. Another would be having permanent lighting in the bedrooms. All are easy fixes that would increase the overall rating of the unit. Great location with parking.

Fantastic week

Had a fantastic week! Everything from the property itself, the cleanliness, check-in and the location deserved every one of the 5 stars. I would have given communication 6 stars if I could, Peter was extremely helpful and answered each email within minutes!

Great place to stay

Peter is the best and we loved staying in his home! super clean, great area, the beach and boardwalk being so close was amazing! would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants a relaxing weekend!

Clean, quiet, amazing location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was lovely and set off from the street, just a few blocks' walk to the beach, boardwalk, and Casino Pier. Walking distance to a grocery store, a liquor store, mini golf, ice cream, pizza . . . basically all you want at the shore :). We brought our bikes and it was a lovely, easy ride to and throughout Island Beach State Park.

The downstairs of the home was completely renovated in 2013, the upstairs in 2023. It has been owner occupied since it was built in 1984 and has been lovingly cared for and will be a wonderful getaway for you and your family or friends.
