100 steps to the boardwalk/beach- the best location in town! Centrally located. We are the 3rd house to the boardwalk/beach. We are right by Midway Steaks and Spicy Cantina on Webster Ave.
*** This is a family friendly beach block apartment that is part of a 3-family home. We want to make sure we meet your expectations for your getaway so if you prefer enjoying late hours (after 10pm) it might be best to look elsewhere. Thank you.

• Newly Renovated 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment.
• This is a downstairs unit of a 3-family home. There will be 2 other apartments located in the home. One unit will be located above and another unit located on the same level as this one. You have completely separate living space from the rest of the home and your own private entrance. The only shared space with other units in the home is outside- the grill and the outdoor shower (for rinsing sand off when you come off the beach).
• Each bedroom has a closet with hangers to hang your clothes. Iron and ironing board in one of the closets. Each bedroom and the living room has smart TVs.

• 1 parking pass provided for street parking. The parking pass is located on the kitchen counter. You will not need the parking pass in the off season (Nov 1- March 31). Street parking is free in the off season

• Flat Screen Smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room. Login to your own streaming account.
• All bedrooms and dedicated workspace have outlets equipped with c-port and usb ports.

• Started supply of toilet paper and paper towel (1 roll), dish soap, dish detergent

• Fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertop and all new stainless-steel appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave), plates, bowls, cookware, utensils, cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, toaster, blender etc. Spices for cooking. Cleaning supplies located underneath kitchen sink.

• Private outside dining area for 4 people located in the front of the home on the pavers.
Shared Outdoor Spaces with Other 2 Units in The Home
• Shared outdoor grill located on patio at rear of property. Grill utensil kit located on top of refrigerator in kitchen.
• Shared Outdoor Shower (for rinsing sand off then you come off the beach) located at rear of property. The outdoor shower will not be on in the colder months. The shower is not enclosed.

Parking
Please do not park in the driveway, as it is actively used by Units 1 and 3.
One parking pass will be provided for your stay (Unit #2). This pass is valid for metered street parking throughout town, except:
Ocean Terrace
Any street ends off Ocean Terrace
Township public parking lots
Handicapped spaces
Purple Heart parking spaces
A $500 fee will be charged if the parking pass is not returned.
If you have more than one vehicle, additional options include:
Free street parking on any 300 block in Seaside Heights
Metered parking throughout town (pay at meter)
Privately owned paid parking lots
Parking regulations are enforced from April 1 through October 31. During the off-season, street parking is free.

Booking Requirements
Minimum age to book: 27
Booking guest must stay for the entire reservation.
No third-party bookings (including parents booking for children).
Valid ID may be required. A short-term rental agreement may be required to sign.
Guests must have a strong history of positive reviews on VRBO. We reserve the right to decline bookings that do not meet this standard.
