Newly built villa in Atsipopoulo is an ideal chance for relaxation, private partying with friends or family gathering. The beaches, the restaurants, and the nearest supermarkets, are all less than a five minute drive away. It is in an isolated location where you can enjoy freely your private time, but not too far away from the small village of Atsipopoulo where you can find any house supplies you may require.

On the outside of the villa, you can find an infinity pool with panoramic views of the sea and the Rethymno’s old fortress, while drinking a cocktail and sitting on the sun beds next to the pool. Moreover a BBQ area can be found next to the pool where you can cook and taste Cretan food flavors, for a maximum Cretan experience. The villa has 2 floors containing 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Stepping into the villa from the entrance, one finds himself in the kitchen and the living room, with its comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and also wifi is available, where you can rest after an adventurous day in Crete. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with oven, toaster, coffee machine etc that will make you feel like home. The 3 double bed bedrooms on the first and second floor have balconies that offer panoramic views of the ocean and landscape. Additionally there is a ping pong table for guests to use.

There is an extra charge for heating of 100 euros/week.
The main renter must be at least 25 years old.

Immaculate villa

The villa itself was immaculate. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and there was extra bedding if needed. Being a family of 5, it was so helpful that there were ALOT of fresh towels for us to use, including pool towels which saved on suitcase space. It maybe worth knowing that there is no stair hand rail, so for someone who has a disability or for those with really young children this may be a problem. For us it wasn’t though :) With regards to washing facilities, there was only one overhead shower which was located in the downstairs bathroom. The other 2 showers were a handheld shower head, and the upstairs en-suite bathroom had no floor drain which meant the handheld shower couldn’t have been used. Nothing was too much trouble for the host, Eva. We stupidly managed to lock ourselves out of the villa, and within 30 minutes she arranged for a locksmith to come. One day she even brought a huge basket of nectarines that had been organically grown in her fathers garden! The 9m x 4m pool was incredible, and was definitely the main attraction of the villa. As the villa is set quite high up, there was a constant breeze. With regards to the location, I would definitely say that a car is needed. The villa is remote and there is a little supermarket, butchers and bakery that are approximately a 25 minute walk away which was too far to walk with our children in the heat of the day, so we always drove and took about 5 minutes in the car. It would have been nice if there had been a lovely restaurant within walking distance of the property, but unfortunately there wasn’t. However, the villa had superb cooking facilities and a great outdoor BBQ. We also found a great takeaway that delivered pizzas! We did go out into Rethymno for an evening out, and went by taxi and was charged 26 Euros one way! Getting a taxi back was extremely difficult and some taxis refused to take us back to the villa, I’m not sure if this was due to the location of the villa or whether they just didn’t want to take us, but we found this incredibly stressful and decided not to go out there again in the evenings. Therefore it would have been nice to have a restaurant near the villa. Although the location was not great for us, I’m sure for some people this would not be a problem. We had a fantastic time at the villa and a massive thanks to Eva for all your help and attentiveness:)

nous avons passées un exellent séjour a la villa infinity , villa très bien située qui joui d'une vue imprenable sur la mer de plus a proximité de rétymon qui pour moi et la plus belle ville de crète rien a redire au sujet de la villas parfait a recommander ,seul bémol pour nous beaucoup de vent les 3 derniers jours donc impossible d'utiliser la piscine et la terrasse extérieure

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus

Wir verbrachten mit acht Personen 12 Tage im Oktober an diesem Ferienort. Die Besitzer empfingen uns sehr freundlich und kümmerten sich während des Aufenthaltes um die Reinigung, Müllentsorgung usw. Die Ausstattung des Hauses entsprach der Beschreibung und ließ kaum Wünsche offen. Lediglich das Duschen führte zu Unmut. Es war nicht genügend warmes Wasser vorhanden, damit alle Personen nacheinander duschen konnten. Da das Haus in ländlicher Umgebung am Nordhang liegt, hat man nach rechts einen schönen Blick auf das Meer und auf Rethimnon, nach links schaut man allerdings auf ein Gewerbegebiet. Ende Oktober sind die Temperaturen zum Teil noch sommerlich, aber es ist auch windig und kühl auf den Balkonen und im Garten. Ein windgeschützter, sonniger Sitzplatz wäre wünschenswert. Zum Strand muss man das Auto benutzen -Fahrtzeit etwa 15 min.

Quiet escape, convenient location and superb views

We’ve really enjoyed every minute of our stay. Exceptional service of the concierge Menios helped us in many ways. We’ve enjoyed delicious dinners by chef Spyros multiple times during our week at Infinity. The house was well equipped and was convenient location wise. Had few nice dining zones with magnificent views. Very clean environment and beautiful garden with handy BBQ space made us love our evenings at the villa. If I had to think about one thing to be changed, I would probably just add a banister to the staircase for the safety.

Beautiful villa, well equipped and fantastic views.

As a three generation family group we all loved this villa. Views from every room, very quiet and no near neighbours. Pool was warm too. Lots of toys and slide provided for our toddler. An easy drive or 15 minute walk to supermarket, pharmacy etc. A note of caution though the stairs were unsuitable for the old (my father had the downstairs bedroom) and the young (ie toddlers or very young children). Rethymno is a 10 minute drive and is a lovely place to wander around. Also lovely taverna in Prines.

Hello there,
I am Manos, owner and manager of CreteVillas4U. I have been in the hospitality sector long before CreteVillas4U, however. I was actually born, grew up, and spent most of my life in a hotel owned by my family. So, I guess it came as no surprise when I expressed my wish to study in Rhodes’ Tourism School and, later on, when I decided to start my own business in the sector.
One thing I learned growing up in a family-run hotel is that hospitality is more than hotel management, logistics and operations. It is a culture, passing down from one generation to the next. You can study to be a hotel manager but you cannot study to be hospitable.
I apply this philosophy in my business as well. The rule is simple: the guests of the villas I manage are my guests. As an active traveller, I expect nothing less myself.
The fourth generation of Dafermos hoteliers has already been born. I know now that my two beautiful children will probably follow my steps, like I did before them. There is a small difference though: they are smarter, more educated, better (big smile).
