Great place and great location

I loved the property and the location. Very clean and safe. Thumb up to housekeeper for being so caring during our stay. I would definitively recommend this property. We will come back for sure!

Nicely furnished apartment in Mermoz

We came for a seminar and stayed with our family. The apartment is nice and well furnished with a comfortable living room and comfortable beds. It includes AC, Canal+, and Wifi.

Les points positifs: L appartement est spacieux, hôte est facile à joindre et réactive, la literie est bonne on y dort bien. Points négatifs: Cuisine mal équipée et la propreté laisse à désirer.coupures d’eau +2 jours consécutifs.

Appartement très fonctionnel bien équipé, dans un quartier sympa et calme, à proximité de commerces, restaurants et autres ..... Très bonne relation avec le propriétaire et le gérant qui sont tous les 2 très prévenants, accessibles et très sympathiques. Le ménage quotidien fait par Binta est très appréciable qui de plus est une très bonne cuisinière pour vous permettre de goûter les spécialités locales (cela en sus....). Le seul bémol de ce logement est la pression de l'eau et le passage des avions (mais cela reste tolérable). Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement, nous le recommandons vivement et tenons encore à remercier Mr Chasco et Mr Sarr qui ont toujours répondu présents et attentifs à nos questions. MERCI à vous qui ont fait de notre séjour dakarois une réussite

Appartement agréable ,calme, sécurisé et proche du centre ville de Dakar et de toutes les commodités (restaurants, supermarchés , bars, discothèques...). Appartement très propre et nettoyé tous les jours . Propriétaire et Personnel disponibles , disposés et très à l'écoute.Appartement refaits à neuf depuis mon dernier séjour(février 2017) (peinture, nouveaux meubles , décoration ,climatisation dans toutes les pièces). Depuis que j'ai découvert cet appartement (y a de cela 3 ans), je ne le lâche plus j'y séjourne à chaque fois que je suis à Dakar. A découvrir

Super sejour a Dakar Mermoz

Agréable et chaleureux accueil Appartement spacieux, propre, confortable et conforme à la description. Le quartier est agréable avec des commerces de proximité et il est bien situe par rapport au centre ville, l’aéroport. L’autoroute pour sortir de Dakar peut être rejointe assez rapidement. Le ménage est effectue tous les jours, le linge de maison est fourni, change régulièrement. Binta la femme de ménage est disponible, agréable et en plus excellente cuisinière. Cette prestation n’est pas incluse dans le prix mais je la recommande vivement. En somme, ce séjour fut une superbe expérience pour toute la famille que nous renouvellerons volontiers. ----- Wonderful stay! This flat is wide, comfortable secure and as described. It is well kept by Binta who is a nice and lovely person, available to help you to enjoy your stay. Great experience
