この施設について

3-room apartment located in Fann residence, with 2 large bedrooms, each with its own toilet and bathroom, as well as a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchen. You will have high speed WiFi, smart TV, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. The residence is secured with a 24/7 guard.

Housekeeping is available once a week, Saturday by default or the day of your choice.
Intensive Cleaning + Disinfection -> 3 days before arrival and 3 days following the departure of the clientele.

We are always availbale, feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

This was really a great, central location for exploring Dakar. The property itself was perfect! Comfortable, air conditioned, fully equipped, and safe. It was ideally located within walking distance of a grocery store, a shopping mall, and right near the main strip where taxis can be found at any time of day. Ann Marie was helpful and the property managers were communicative. They were flexible as well, allowing us to stay an extra night (for a few, obviously) when we requested. I could not have asked for a better place!

Appartement agréable, emplacement calme et sécurisé

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement qui dispose de toutes les commodités : spacieux et bien équipé. Elodie la gérante est avenante, réactive et aux petits soins, de même que les gardiens et l'agent d'entretien. Nous avons apprécié la mise à disposition de petits produits du quotidien allant jusqu'au gel hydroalcoolique. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu. Vous ne serez pas déçus .

Our property is close to amenities (10 minutes walk from the corniche, 2 minutes walk from the Auchan super market, 5 minutes walk from the Sea Plaza shopping center, nearby pharmacy, walk on the corniche or play sports, a few minutes from Downtown by car). Perfect for children and families, our residence is next to magicland amusement park and Fann-Hock public garden. This apartment is ideal for both holidays and business trips. Although a quiet area, Fann is close to popular bars and restaurants in the capital, such as the "little buddha and the gastronomic Terroubi
