2 Double Bedroom Standard Double with Microwave, Coffee Maker Refrigerator and Toaster. All standard rooms have private balconies and a panoramic 180degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. Beach view is "ON THE BEACH" as in if you (jumped of the balcony) you would land in it ((not recommended)). These are Ocean FRONT and Ocean View rooms. The Sea Vista Motel is located just 1 mile south of the town of Topsail Beach and is the last business on the southern end of Topsail Island

Amazing stay!

We booked Sea Vista for the first time knowing that it was a refurbished 1950s motel and expected nothing more but we were surprised! The cost was fantastic but the oceanfront view from all of the rooms was the best. Jonathan and all of the staff were so very helpful and there if you needed them - if not, they left you alone to enjoy this peaceful place. There were numerous times that we were the only ones on the beach! Sea Vista has no elevator, no crushed ice machine, no breakfast buffet, no daily room clean and linen restock (unless you request it ) which is just what we needed for a relaxing 4 night stay. If you’re wanting all of the “extras” then you need to move on because that will just leave another space for those of us who love it! Can’t wait to get back to Topsail and Sea Vista!

Best on the beach motel!

Friendly staff and a beautiful place on the beach- the Sea Vista is the place to be! Definitely a 5 star place.
