The modern and newly refurbished accommodation, calm but central, consists of a living space of 32 sq. m, is located on the 2nd floor without elevator and is composed of :
- a bright and large living-room,
- a bedroom with double bed,
- an open equipped kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, hot plates, fridge,
- a bathroom with a nice Italian shower,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair-dryer, ironing equipment,
- TV, Wifi.
Some parking lots are allocated to the residence in front of the building.
