Great getaway!

We loved the location and the view! The condo was clean and just as advertised! The bed was very comfortable and the couch was as well. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the ocean! We will be back!

Family Time

Our family including small grandkids had a great week here. The weather was warm enough to spend time at the beach most days, and being close to South Beach, Salty Dog - and a short bike ride to Harbor Town gave us variety in things to do.The house is very nice and lay out worked well for us. Maybe time for some updates in mattresses and pillows in one or two bedrooms, but overall excellent!

HHI never disappoints

Great Condo. Clean and well equipped. The bed pillows could be nicer, but everything else was amazing. The step up and out to the deck is dangerously high… my elderly mom wouldn’t be able to manage… not sure little kids could either. Furniture is a bit oversized and uncomfortable.But I would highly recommend this property and Keith the property manager!! Was a perfect unwind for my husband and I

Great escape

The condo was fantastic. Bed was comfortable. Furnishings and decor were very nice. Very clean. The pool was right down stairs and beach was steps away. We loved it and plan to book it again next year.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY & LOCATION

This was a meticulously maintained condo. Beautiful views of the ocean and just steps from the beach ⛱. Keith, the property manager was prompt in communicating and offered great dining suggestions. Hilton Head is a beautiful island 🏝 with lots of warm, welcoming people. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation.

Very clean...very nicely decorated including what appears to be a very new couch...great views of the ocean...well stocked kitchen and ample supplies provided...in a well maintained and nicely landscaped condo complex. Minutes from the beach. Will go back.

First Time Stay in Hilton Head

First time trip to HH Island for myself and my husband. We were pleasantly surprised that the condo worked out so well for us. Great location, very clean, equipped with everything we needed. We did think for the price there could have been a few cosmetic upgrades. Could use new countertops in the bathrooms and kitchen. Loved the pool and the proximity to the beach. Also, very pleased with Palmetto Dumes in general. The property was beautiful and lush. I would highly recommend this condominium and property.

Great property

We enjoyed our stay. The music and scents when we checked in were especially nice. The couch is horrible and needs to be replaced. Owner responded that a new couch is on order and will be delivered in December.

So relaxing!

September is the best time for an adults only getaway to Hilton Head. Palmetto Dunes has always been a favorite of ours. The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Top floor, a great bed, quiet neighbors and the ocean can’t be beat!

Wonderful Unit in a poorly maintained complex

The VRBO was by far one of, if not the nicest unit I’ve ever rented. Owners did an excellent job stocking and decorating as well as providing comfortable furnishings. Nothing but good to say about the unit. Sadly, the pool, hot tub, and pool area were FILTHY the whole time. After phone calls they added water and chemicals to hot tub and partially cleaned the pool. Whole area was really badly maintained. Clearly a property management issue. The elevator broke on the first day and remained broken the entire 4 night day forcing everyone to climb 12 flights of stairs up and down every time you left unit. If I were the owners of this unit I would be livid that they are damaging their rental potential with their failures.

Perfect In Every Way

I just returned from spending a week at this wonderful condo. It was very clean and perfect in every way. The kitchen had everything I needed. The host paid attention to even the smallest details, e.g., there were large bars of soap in each shower. The host was very accessible and provided lots of helpful information, including restaurant recommendations. My stay was thoroughly enjoyable. I highly recommend this rental!

Great stay!

Directions through the large gated community were well done. When we arrived getting in was quick and easy. Everything was clean and well stocked. The view was great and even better than the pictures. I would definitely recommend this stay and would book it again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous

The photos are almost accurate. The view of the ocean is better than the photo. I've stayed at plenty of Vrbo's in the past, and this one by far was the most prepared for hosting. If you want to cook a lot, the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, dishes, pots and pans to do so. All you need is your food. The place was very clean. The bed us super comfortable. So comfortable that I had to find out what mattress it was. We will be purchasing the same mattress. My wife and I will definitely come back in the future, and I recommend this unit.

Great Getaway Weekend

Cleanliness is always at the top of my list when I stay somewhere, and this condo was very clean and well cared for. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the things you’d need to cook a good meal (pots, pans, casserole dishes, basic spices, even things like plastic wrap and tin foil!) Laundry detergent/dryer sheets were also provided, which was great since we went through our towels pretty quickly. My only issue was the tiny showers. There was nowhere to prop a foot for shaving or anything, which could be really tough for people who aren’t so flexible. Also, the pool and hot tub were both heated and open, but it didn’t seem like they were kept clean for the winter. There wasn’t any signage specifying if you were actually allowed to use them, which was confusing. The weather even in December is still in the mid-seventies, and there are lots of great activities and restaurants still open! We highly recommend skull creek dockside and coast (in sea pines) for some really delicious meals.
