On the seafront, on the 1st floor of a secure residence, a comfortable studio apartment for 2 people comprising:
- independent entrance, open-plan fitted kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), living room with sofa bed, flat-screen TV, stereo system, folding dining table, wardrobe.
Access to a balcony with breathtaking views of the beach, the ocean, and the islands.
Sleeping area with a 140 cm sofa bed and bedside table, shower room, and separate WC.
One private parking space in the basement.
The residence offers direct access to the beach; a truly beautiful location!
The price includes all bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen.
The price includes the booking fee (€24 incl. VAT).
The proportional tourist tax is extra.
Cleaning is optional: €30.
Reservations on our website are only accepted from Saturday to Saturday.
For dates outside of Saturday, short stays, or any other period outside of Saturday to Saturday, please contact us.
Check-in is generally from 4 pm to 8 pm, and check-out is from 8 am to 10 am. For arrivals or departures before 8:00 AM and after 8:00 PM, an additional fee applies:
