On the second and top floor, this apartment boasts a large, sunny terrace with a glimpse of the sea. It features: a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a sleeping alcove with two single beds, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, pod or filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.), and a flat-screen TV.
A private parking space, a shared swimming pool, and tennis courts are available.
The price includes all bed linen, towels, and kitchen linen.
The price includes a booking fee (€24 including VAT).
Cleaning is optional: €50
A proportional tourist tax is extra.
