This is a Garage space once used for a workshop that has been converted into an apartment with full kitchen, bathroom, and queen bed. Adjoining garage space for your parking (note garage space is small and will only accommodate a small to mid-size auto) additional parking available. Close to Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airports, and shopping. Large yard w/ private outdoor space. If the space is not available take a look at my other listings.

Unique Place To Stay/Convenient Location

We had a really good stay there. Every expectation was met. Great communication between the host and ourselves. Definitely will stay there again.

Overnighter

My husband and I visited Rogers AK for a concert at the AMP. We loved the garage themed decor and it was a perfect fit for our short stay. Additionally, the landscaping and seating areas made for a very relaxing stay. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

Grand baby visit

This is the cutest themed place I have ever stayed in. A small space that is so uniquely decorated and it was perfect for my stay. The outside area is also a perfect bonus.

Cute and creative little unit!

The garage room we stayed in was so well furnished and decorated! The car garage theme was very cute and creative. The host also had great communication with us throughout the whole stay! Would definitely recommend!

Not only for mechanics

This is more of an experience than just a place to stay. Deanna has put a lot of thought and work into this apartment and the entire property. The huge, totally fenced, backyard is beautifully landscaped and includes a koi pond and a wonderful tribute to the remains of a giant Pin Oak, a recent tornado victim. If you are impressed with the photos on Vrbo you've got to see the real 4th St Garage apartment for yourself. We highly recommend this unique stay and hope to be back again.

Unique studio with awesome yard

This vrbo really is special. It is obvious that much care and thought has gone into decorating and outfitting this space. The automotive theme is really well done - from the car hood used as a head board to the tool cabinet -turned bathroom sink, it is striking. To put this one over the top, it is pet friendly with a huge and well kept fenced in yard. Also, host was excellent at communicating, check in and access to the space was clear and easy. Almost forgot to mention that there were human and dog treats there to greet us, This host knows what makes a vacation rental a good one!
