About this space
Original hay barn for the historic home, circa 1894. It has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, queen bed (located upstairs) and sitting area. It is 500 sq. feet. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space with firepit. (FIREWOOD IS NOT PROVIDED) If the space is not available for the dates needed take a look at my other listings.
The space
The space is truly a converted Hay Barn from the late 1800's. Original wood floors upstairs and wood ceiling down. Full kitchen with all needed cookware. bedroom is located upstairs, bathroom is down. There is a storm cellar on the property (attached to main house) that can be used in the event of severe weather condition
Guest access
Entire space. Queen bed upstairs and a twin cot available. Nightly rate is for 2 guests.
Other things to note
Smoking allowed outdoors only and not in parking area, but in backyard ONLY. Please do not leave butts in yard.

Fantastic private getaway

Cute and wholesome place to stay. It was so easy to feel happily isolated with our own place away, but so centrally located by everything you could ever need. Shopping, nature walks around a lake and extensive nightlife within a 5 minute drive of the Barn House, would definetly recommend.

Lovely Little House

Such a beautiful area. Had our first experience at the Walmart AMP and will definitely stay here again when we come here for other concerts. Conveniently located to so much.

The Barn House was just what we needed. Very clean and quiet. Easy to find, even getting there after dark. Easy checkin. We definitely recommend.

Its just as advertised and a fantastic little cozy place! Quite and clean and built to relax in. I wish using the app was as nice as the cottage!
