My experience.

The rooms were well cleaned. However the matts in the bathtubs. Eed to be changed. Tgere was mo information for the TV. We had to use our own codes to access anything to see. Overall the rooms and the view were amazing.

The location was great. The balcony was huge. It was the best part. Communications were answered promptly. The only downsides didn’t matter much to me because we don’t cook and are barely in the room. The kitchen is pretty dated and the couch is very uncomfortable. Didn’t use the sleeper. Just sitting wasn’t comfortable..With some TLC the place would be perfect though.

We would definitely choose this property again! Beautiful condo, large enough for a family to stay very comfortably. The condo was clean and was well furnished and stocked with everything you would need for your stay. The location of this property is also great! The only downside was the parking garage being very small but everything else was exceptional!

Great stay

We loved the the location, the condo was very nice. We enjoyed every moment. Great beach access and the use of the beach lounge chairs and umbrella. We brought out own tent for the baby. We used the grill by the pool area. It took a little longer to cook because the gas seemed to be regulated low. Totally understand, gas is expensive. The elevators were a little slow at times and at one point only one was working for a few hours. We were on the 21st floor, so no going up the stairs with a baby carrier. Our overall vacay was a success. We definitely recommend.

Amazing

The condo was PERFECT!!! Every room has its own personal bathroom( which was a plus), great view of the ocean. The Balcony very spacious and comfortable.Can't forget the amazing Manager Andrea!! She was very compassionate and prompt!!! Definitely will be booking again

We had a great stay at this condo after working our 7 days straight! This place was a perfect spot with a beautiful set up. Plenty of space and we loved the large dining room table.

I took my mangers for a trip to PC. This was a perfect place for the 7 of us women. Large space, very clean! Loved the location and the view! We will definitely stay here again!

Car show beach trip

I understand the need for the dehumidifier the moisture at the property as a whole was pretty bad. Walk ways and elevators were soaked. When humidity is high your guest need to empty the dehumidifier everyday which we did. The condo is nice and accommodating.

Girls Trip

We recently stayed in Ocean Ritz 2101 for our annual girls trip and had the best time. We had to contact Itrip as soon as we had gotten there b/c Ocean Ritz changed their parking signs, the lady I spoke with was so helpful and just knowing that having contact and immediate answers to our questions was great. The only thing we wished about the condo was that the living room furniture was more comfortable, but I still give the trip 5 stars

Family vacation 2024

My family really enjoyed themselves. We had an awesome vacation time! The 4 bedroom condo was hugh, and clean well, except for the jacuzzi. Each bedroom had fresh linen. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, all we had to do was bring the food. We enjoyed the large balcony w/ sliding glass doors that opened into the family room.We will definitely return. Great Memories!

This place was fantastic! It was centrally located, with Walmart nearby. We had enough beds and bathrooms for 7 ladies. We loved that each room had a private bathroom. A couple things I wish I had known before arriving: coffee is not included. There are 2 coffee makers and filters, but no coffee. There was only a small amount of dish soap and 2 dishwasher tabs. There is only one set of kitchen linens with no drying rack. Tissues are not provided and only the partial roll of toilet paper is what you get to start with. The bathroom rugs seemed very old and dirty. The bathrooms and decor throughout could use some updating. Thankfully there is a vacuum to help keep the sand swept up. This place has an amazing view! It's quiet, unless there are kids running around above, but other than that it was a great place to make some memories.

fantastic views

This room had everything we needed to cook for our family! The views were amazing from the 21st floor!! Very clean and laid out very nicely! The only issue with the Ocean Ritz is both grills did not work! We brought all of our stuff own to the grills and could not get them lit! I know this is not the condo owners issue but maybe they can relay the message. Just go with charcoal!

Just OK

Some damages and not clean when we arrived. Furniture are not as new as the photos show. WiFi was very bad, and living room Smart TV is not "SMART", it was buffering every 5 or a few minutes while we were trying to watch Olympic games.

Great 4 Bedroom Condo + Great Views!

Our group of 6 comprised of 4 adults and 1 teen and this condo fit our needs great! We were on the 21st floor which had exceptional beachfront views and sunrises and sunsets. We spent most of our time on the balcony listening to the ocean waves! We all had our own space which was nice as well as space together in the middle livingroom, dining table or kitchen. There are only 2 elevators to accommodate 25 floors but wait time wasn’t too bad. There is a small pool on property but we opted to be on the beach instead taking advantage of the 2 complimentary beach lounge chairs and umbrella. The parking garage was noted that it could not fit large vehicles, however, we were able to fit our Chevy Suburban in the lot no problem. The only thing to note though is that the entry and exit is toght so if you are not a confident driver in small spaces, then use the lot across the street. Location is great to many restaurants and shops within walking distance as well as a short drive too. We really enjoyed our stay and staff was very responsive! Thank you! Lovely condo but very dirty

The condo is beautiful & we very much enjoyed the huge balcony. Spacious & comfy beds, location was perfect but providing one parking spot for a 4 bedroom condo is unsuitable. We had issues with the sliding door to the balcony that was resolved by maintenance immediately. However the main issues; the bathrooms & floors were filthy! The washer has mold around the ring, the master bath had black mold/mildew inside the jets of the tub. The bathroom sinks had black mold/mildew under the lips of the sink. The bathroom rugs look like they have never been washed & were also filthy! Being charged a $300 cleaning fee when it was not clean & we had to clean it ourselves is not acceptable.

Great Experience

Everything was convenient to this property. The condo was perfect for our family and the balcony and the furniture on the balcony was so comfy we never sat inside. It’s an older condo so yes there are some things that are a little worn. We had a great time!!

Very nice

Enjoy the stay very much. The balcony was the best. My only complaint was the floors were very dirty and parking was a little bit difficult and I would have loved a little bit bigger kitchen. Overall it was awesome. I highly recommend this place.
