Great location, very clean, extremely hospitable hosts. Perfect place to stay while visiting LA. House was well stocked and central to many fun areas of the city. I will stay here again and highly recommend it for your visit to West Hollywood.

Great space

I had a wonderful experience with this rental. It was even prettier than the pictures and Ken was the perfect host. The beautiful patio area was a great escape after a long travel day.

Perfect spot in WeHo

The apartment was clean and cute with a nice outdoor area to enjoy. Surprisingly quiet location for being right in the city. Ken our host was so thoughtful and communicative. Great stay!

Great Location

This is a really great property. It’s convenient to all the WeHo bars & restaurants. It was also convenient to the Hollywood Bowl. Ken the property manager was lovely to deal with. 5 Stars!!!

I echo the sentiment of everyone else’s reviews, Ken is really the best host. Location was perfect, and the place was just right for what we needed, quiet and relaxing and picturesque. We also really enjoyed the landscaping and outdoor area. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Ken!

This VRBO was clean, well stocked and in a perfect location to walk to restaurants, shops, grocery store (Whole Foods right next door) Santa Monica Blvd one block away! Host is very attentive and I look forward to future visits.

LA Vacation

My stay at this location was perfect. The home was clean and tucked away. The outside was like a sanctuary to enjoy coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. The house offered all the amenities needed to make my stay a home away from home. I would highly recommend this property for a single person.

Our stay in West Hollywood

Ken Abbott was wonderful as our host and checked to make sure we were comfortable and inquired about us needing any extra items. The lodgings were exactly as described on Vrbo and all went extremely well. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay while in the Los Angeles area. We needed a place that was between the Valley and the South Bay and this location really fit the bill.

Fabulous property!

This was extremely comfortable, convenient, clean, and safe. I loved the full kitchen and great deck outside my apt. New washer and dryer work great!! The property manager/ owner was phenomenal in answering my questions and addressing any needs. Definitely will stay again!

I love this place!

Everything about this place is wonderful. It is located in West Hollywood with a grocery store 1/2 a block away. The property is clean, well designed, and has a beautiful outdoor area and deck. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Ken, my contact for the property was very kind and communicative. I will definitely be staying there again the next time I'm in LA.

A warm and friendly place, with outside space, near everything

This apartment was a great place to stay, right in the center of West Hollywood, with everything just a short walk away, from Whole Foods to cafes and restaurants. The place is set up with everything you need, including a full kitchen, table, comfortable seating, and workspace. And there are tangerine and lemon trees outside! The host is friendly, helpful, and professional. I'm looking forward to my next visit to Los Angeles and this property!

great WeHo location and property

i was lucky to be able to stay at this lovely unit just off Santa Monica Blvd in West Hollywood! my host, Ken, went above and beyond to stay up late to accommodate my arrival at 1:30 am amid a rainstorm and terrible LAX traffic a few days before Christmas. the room had everything i needed during my short stay (including an iron and ironing board!), and the attached parking was convenient, too. highly recommended - thank you, Ken!

Great stay in LA

The hosts are excellent and go the extra mile to please, even bringing us fresh oranges from their fragrant citrus trees. It’s remarkably quiet given the convenient urban location. Having accessible parking is a big plus. The unit is stylish and charming. It is small, especially the bedroom which would be perfect for a single traveler or a couple who don’t mind occasionally bumping into each other. It is a perfect place for accessing everything LA has to offer.

Perfect location. Right in the middle of Hollywood. Ken is the nicest host. His recommendation’s for dinner’s in the area were great. He met us at the location and we had a nice chat. The apartment was perfect for the two of us. The outside area was great in the evening enjoying a drink after exploring the city all day. We highly recommend this property for your stay in LA.

Wonderful in West Hollywood

My husband and I LOVED this property! It was so close to everything, we walked everywhere! Runyon Canyon, the walk of fame, Whole Foods and numerous restaurants. The property itself was spotless and the outdoor patio area was so inviting, I just wish we had warmer weather to enjoy it. I guess we will just have to return soon. ;)

Great host, great location

A nice little place in a very convenient location. Our host gave us a nice tour of the place when we got there (he lives elsewhere on the property). He was very personable and attentive; super easy to get along with and super responsive. He even gave us some lemons and oranges from the trees on the property. The place itself is situated near Fairfax and Santa Monica, which was convenient for all the sightseeing we did. The indoor space is on the small side so the wonderful outdoor space was fantastic for relaxing, napping, and just hanging out.

BEST VRBO EVER!

Ken was super responsive and always available. The property is absolutely perfect for a couple and located in a quiet spot despite the fact that you are in the middle of everything. The special touches put it over the top though. Lemons from their trees, a welcome bottle of wine, memory foam bed and the SHOWER!!! Everything is top notch and treated with care. You can tell they love their home and are happy to share it with guests. We will be returning next time we're in LA!

A perfect place for a perfect stay!

Amazing property, well located in a quiet & safe neighborhood! Quite comfortable on the inside for both short or long stay. We stayed a week and it felt just like home Quiet, clean and spacious + lovely outdoor space with gorgeous gardens, lemon and tangerine trees and many humming birds flitting around. We love being able to walk to the Sunset Strip, The Grove and trendy Melrose Ave, and centrally located to drive to//from LAX, Santa Monica Pier, Griffith Observatory, SoFi, the museums (LACMA, La Brea, Getty) and much more within 30 min drive. Ken is a super friendly host and we appreciate his quick communication, helpfulness, tips and recommendations. Definitely this is the best place to stay in LA. Thank-you.

Perfect Spot

Hidden yet close to everything. Ken was the perfect host. I had a few questions upon arrival and he answered them all without any issues. I was most impressed with his kindness towards us when 4th of July traffic delayed our arrival by two hours. He showed us around and made sure we got to the store for food before they closed. The unit had all of amenities we needed! I enjoyed the outdoor space and the privacy. Looked forward to the retreat space after a busy day out around town. Bed was comfy. The video accurately shows the space. Liked the art and the feel. Super pleased with the space and the location. Will stay again when in WeHo.

Great location and clean, yet small space

This is an amazing little apartment if it’s just 2 people. It’s as small as it appears in the photos. Pros: Ken is nice and will meet you to check-in. I didn’t become BFF’s with him like some of the other reviewers, but he lives on the property and is easy to reach and communicate with. He will also give you restaurant recommendations if you ask. The location is great if you plan to do “touristy” LA stuff like we did. You can get to Hollywood Blvd, Sunset Blvd, Beverly Hill etc very, very easily. The Whole Foods is literally around the corner as is a great burger place. Parking was convenient under the owner’s carport and behind a gate so we felt very safe coming and going at night. The space is clean and furnished nicely. The outdoor space is lovely and serene. Little annoyances: the bathroom sink is big but there is very little counter space. There is also nowhere to put anything in the bathroom- no shelves or anything (there is a shelf in the beautiful, luxurious walk-in shower) so I had to use a table from the living room in the bathroom to put my toiletries on. The bedroom is VERY small and the person who sleeps next to the window has to climb over the other person in bed to get out of the bed. There is no smart TV, but there is a TV with cable (DirectTV). The front door is unnecessarily tricky to work. This is a great property and we would stay here again!
