This tiny house features a kitchenette and an in-unit washer and dryer. Separate bedroom with door, unlike studio units where your living room is your bedroom. Smart TVs in bedroom and living room. Recessed lights throughout with smart dimming switches. Tankless water heaters for instant hot water. This guesthouse is nestled among the branches of several large trees and has steps leading up to the entryway for a unique tree house feel. There is a spacious shaded private patio next to the guesthouse.

The guesthouse is detached from the main house, with guests having a shared entrance with other guests accessible from the driveway. Guests have exclusive use of the entire guesthouse and the adjacent private patio with a barbecue.

This guesthouse has steps leading up to the entryway.

For guests staying longer than 30 days, the owner performs a monthly inspection to ensure that everything in the unit is in good condition and functioning properly for the guests.
