The location of this house was perfect for us-close to family members living nearby. The neighborhood is quite pleasant, and very quiet. The walk to the nearby park/community center was a great outing for the toddlers. The house is comfortable, spacious for 2 couples and a toddler, and very clean. Kudos to the cleaning staff!Communication with the owner/manager was very good: Diego was very responsive and helpful. The backyard sports court was a big hit with the kids and the rooftop deck was a fun bonus area. We would definitely consider renting this house again.

Great property for our family of 8 plus infant. A couple of rooms didn’t have a/c so they got kind of hot during the day but cooled off at night. Kitchen well stocked.

Short stay

Property was very nice and welcoming. A few things need attention but were cosmetic. To be expected at a short term rental property. Would definitely stay again. Checkin process was as simple as showing up and typing on the code to gain access. No special requirements on the way out. Very satisfied with the stay!

Mini vaca

We decided to take a little vaca to San Diego. House was clean, property manager reached out to ensure we had everything we needed. Neighborhood was really quiet. House was well represented in the listing and photos. Close to all of the main attractions in San Diego. Will definitely stay here again.

Great layout and location

Cute, clean and comfortable home. Close to everything! With 3 adult kids plus their spouses, the layout was great. Our little dogs enjoyed meeting each other and everyone enjoyed the pickleball and basketball for hours! Hot tub area has a leak, water on stairs outside -informed manager. She brought over supplies, propane and popcorn! Very responsive and friendly. Initially code didn’t work but quickly resolved.

Property was not accurately described. Bonus room is a half of a garage with no direct access to house. Ceiling fan in garage room was humming so loud, could not use. Garage room smell was like old cigarettes. Hot tub is old and didn’t work for 3/4 of our stay. Patio furniture has holes all over and empty beer cans left in chair. Bedroom light wouldn’t shut off. Worst part is Property manager is very slow to communicate through app only - no phone number provided.

Very nice house-improvements needed

The house overall is very nice. We’ve had issues on the wall Mount a/c leaking water, the fridge/freezer leaking water, the bath shower did not drain well, no house manual describing how to use the tv/cable box, the other TVs in the other rooms did not have cable box access. Note: not all rooms with A/c. Diego is a nice man and was quite helpful. The maintenance man did not show up when promised to address the problems. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Parking was no problem. Would have appreciated more cooking pans. A few stand up fans would have been nice to help circulate the air. The sky deck upstairs was very nice!!

Beautiful home! Great host!

My family enjoyed our stay at this house. Love the master bedroom and the roof top view with hot tub. Got everything you need in this house. Had issue with the dish washer but host handle it professionally. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely loved the stay here. Our flight got in super early and i contacted the property manager and we wer able to get in earlier than check out time. The beds were really comfortable and it just felt like home. Location perfect no more than 30 minutes to any of the hot spots.

Great Stay

We stayed here for our last couple nights stay in SD. Good location and was close to Vons and other shopping centers. Neighbor across the street was super friendly and invited us to their block party. Everything was as advertised and we will definitely stay here again next time we go to SD.

Good location to access beaches/golf- downtown

We were pleased overall with our stay but there were a few items that could have been better. 1. I felt the host could have been more responsive pre-trip. Trying to coordinate early check in and/or bag drop was quite difficult and I found the owner to be non responsive to time sensitive messages on VRBO and direct text messages. 2. Photos/Listing is misleading. Not every bedroom has A/C. There is a wall unit in the master, main room and the converted garage bedroom that is not connected to main house. Each A/C unit leaked as well. For the group we had, we would not stay here again but that is more of a reflection on us than the house. the house is fine.

Great House

The house was perfect for our needs while in town visiting family. The house was a bit dirty when we checked in, to include the hot tub, but the host was great about making it right immediately. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and having the backyard for the kiddo and dog to run off energy was great. Thank goodness for that trampoline! The second floor outside area was amazing. We spent most nights out by the fire pit and grilling dinner. The only thing I would suggest to add is some basic kitchen necessities (pot holder/kitchen towel) and guidance on when trash pick up was etc. The neighbors were really nice and helpful with that information. Overall this was a great rental and we would come back to stay again. Thank you for having us!

Amazing house!

This was a perfect house to relax. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the living area/kitchen is very modern and conducive to relaxing and having a good time. The roof deck is INCREDIBLE. Beautiful views of the sunset and the hot tub was perfection! Diego is an amazing host.

Spent the past 5 days at this house and enjoyed it! This is a great property with plenty of space. Enjoyed the rooftop deck also. Everything was well stocked and taken care of. Great place to stay with a group in San Diego.

Beautiful home in central location

Diego's property is clean and perfect for anyone wanting to visit San Diego. We especially enjoyed the big screen tv and rooftop amenities. The beds are comfortable, too. Almost everywhere we wanted to visit was between 10 - 30 minutes--Temecula wineries were the exception (50 minutes). I highly recommend this home as a wonderful place to stay.

Great Stay!!

Diego was a great host! The house was beautiful and he was quick to respond to any questions we had. We had an issue with the garbage when we first arrived and Diego had someone over within 30 minutes to help us!! Everyone was super friendly! I would highly recommend staying here, and I’ve already sent his link out to my friends that are looking to visit San Diego. The upstairs fire pit/ spa/ lounge area was great!! We used that spot every night.
