Close to the shops and the center, lovely "Fisherman's house" for a maximum of 5 persons.
It consist of an entrance via a patio South facing, a living room with an opened and fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with security fence over the canal and a boat mooring.
On the first floor, two bedrooms separated by a shower room with toilet.
On the second floor, a master bedroom with dressing, shower, separated toilet and a balcony with a superb view over the canal.
Mooring : 13.00 x 3.75 m
Internet access.
Private parking space for one car.
Free Coches d'eau cards available.
No smokers.
Animals accepted after approval by the agency.
House linen is included in the price.
