In the heart of the historic center of Annecy, I propose you in an old secure building, a renovated apartment of character of 65 square meter

Apartment completely renovated with lots of charm.
With its southern exposure its vast living room is bathed in light all day.
Close to all amenities, shops, markets and attractions of the city and the lake.
A 180° view of the famous canal and its listed monuments.
It is an ideal place to discover the city of Annecy and the many interests around.

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information.

The accommodation is on the 1st floor without elevator.

The entrance to the apartment is located in a street where you can drop off your luggage with your vehicle.

🅿️ The nearest parking lot is the City Hall parking lot located 5 feet from the accommodation.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

All the shops necessary for your stay is at the doorstep as well as the many attractions and sites to see in town and on the lake.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bed of 160 (King Size).
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Linen is provided for your stay.

The apartment received a 4 star rating.

The historic centre of Annecy is the favourite spot for travellers with its charm, its alleys, gardens and pedestrian areas.
There are many restaurants, cafés and beaches nearby.

To access the apartment:
The station is 8 minutes walk from the apartment.
By car: 40min Genève Aéroport - Annecy

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

This was an amazing flat. Its in the heart of the town and the view was nothing short if amazing. The host are wonderful and were very helpful

Amazing location

The apartment is in an amazing location with a lovely view. The sofa bed is broken (still usable, but difficult to open) and very uncomfortable, so the ideal number of people would be 3 max. An extra mirror and door key would be very handy. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant and I must stress the beauty of the view and the practicality of the location.

Fremragende udsigt og placering. Manglede en ekstra nøgle og flere spejle. Manglede også lagen til sovesofaen den første nat. Da vi fik den blev den hængt over dørhåndtaget og var faldet på jorden - at putte den i en plastikpose havde været til at fortrække. Tak for opholdet.

L’appartement est idéalement situé, une vue de carte postale! Très très bien aménagé, le seul est pour les gens qui ne peuvent dormir que dans le noir. Les volets ne ferment pas très bien et n’occultent pas grand chose, mise à part cela il est très très bien!

Location! Location! Location!

You can’t ask for a better location in Annecy. The view out the windows to the canal can’t be beat! Apartment was clean and had all the items needed for a short stay.
