The Garden-Side Suite, a quiet apartment with a view of the garden, is a little gem that has been tastefully renovated just recently. Located on the first floor, it offers a functional and comfortable 30 m² of living space, as well as a terrace of approximately 6 m², overlooking an incredible, lush garden

Very centrally located to old town. Property was very clean but old and basically/minimally furnished.. Host met us at the apartment. Seemed impatient with questions as to how to operate all the appliances. Balcony fairly rustic with peeling paint. Yard below balcony not maintained. Price probably suited for central location but otherwise considered high compared to other locations where we have stayed.

We stayed here for 3 nights, it was fine but not amazing.. the futon bed was very uncomfortable and didn’t have specific linen, so we just had to make do. Yes there is a washing machine, but nowhere to dry clothes. No dish drying rack which is annoying as well.

We had a lovely stay. So quiet yet in amongst the heart of the Old Town. We loved getting up each morning and walking 20 mtrs to get delicious croissants and pastries from the bakery. The balcony in the apartment was lovely to spend time on...thank you Jean-Philippe

Fantastic pied de terre!

Great small flat in the heart of the Old Town in Annecy. Great location Close to many restaurants and a short walk from the train station. Very well equipped and the balcony was a surprisingly peaceful spot. Jean-Phillipe was super helpful too. Thank you, we look forward to returning :)

Amazing!

The location was fantastic! Our week exploring the area was perfect. Being only footsteps away from markets, great food and shopping. The flat was well equipped and clean. Highly recommend!

All the good restaurants are just under the apartment building! Farmers market is just outside of the front door! Close to the station too. It’s a perfect vacation apartment! Thank you!

Outstanding. This was a perfect location right in the middle of Annecy, tons of restaurants within steps, but was also quiet and peaceful as advertised. Our host was very responsive and when there was a minor maintenance issue he arrived within 30 minutes on a Sunday to fix it. The apartment was clean and comfortable and perfect for a couple.

Great location

Nice little apartment up stairs,. Above restaurants and ahops in old town. It had everything that we needed from kitchenette washing machine dishwasher. We thoroughly enjoyed our five night stay, the location is outstanding.

This apartment is perfect for two people. The host provides useful amenities like a stove top, refrigerator, kettle, dishwasher, laundry machine, and hair dryer. The bed is comfortable, there is a fan provided and plenty of extra bedding. The location is perfect for walking around Annecy and great lake access. The space is clean and neat. The check in and out process is very easy.

The apartment was clean and spacious and located right in the heart of old town. It was a short walking distance from all of the sights in old town, restaurants, and the lake. Jean-Philippe is a great host who was very helpful! You can park in the Sainte-Claire parking garage (closest one to the apartment) and put your ticket in the pay station machine and pre-pay for a 2, 3, or 5 day parking pass. This was an excellent stay!

Annecy stay

The little apartment was just right for us. The very best part was the location. Perfect! In the heart of old town Annecy. With boulangeries and restaurants right outside the door. But not facing the street, so not noisy. We would stay again, if we ever return. Annecy is a charming town!

We had a great time at comfortable apartment. It's also really convenient as it's near the Bonlieu during Annecy Film Festival. It’s quieter than I expected despite being among restaurants. I would like to come back in the near future. Thank you!

Good Place for Exploring Annecy

Property is located in the old town with restaurants and shops within steps of the door. Less than ten minute walk from the train station. We tried to get there relying on memory of the map directions and were turned around in the old town. But even though we were about 15 minutes later than expected arriving at the apartment, Isabelle graciously greeted us. She provided information about the apartment and showed us a virtual library of maps and brochures containing things to do in and around Annecy. Property was very clean and just as pictured in the listing. Thank you Isabelle.
