NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO Hello ;lets just say I've rented many VRBO UNITS BEFORE , never had a bad rental .. BUT none are as bad as this place. the HOSTS are non existant , LATE TO RESPOND , example , Shower broke , MADE ME AND GF WAIT UNTIL THE PLUMBER GOT THERE 4 HRS LATER, THEN COULD NOT FIX UNTIL 2 DAYS LATER. i didnt know i was suppose to babysit the owners property, I THOUGHT THAT WAS A HOST JOB , I Left the next day ... with 3 nights remaining ... HOST DID NOT REFUND .. MY UNSTAYED TIME there !!! , HOW ABOUT OTHER ISSUES , that i didnt complain about .. #1 there is no fireplace. (AS CLAIMED) . . #2 PREPROGRAMED HEAT AND AIR SET TO LIMITS THAT WONT HELP YOU... LUCKY IT WAS WINTER , AC ONLY WENT DOWN TO 74 DEGREES .. #3 MASTER BATH SINK - NO HOT WATER- #4 NO LATCH ON ENTRY DOOR TO CLOSE , ONLY DEAD BOLTS... #5 YOULL NEED THEM IN THIS PART OF TOWN , HOMELESS - LOW INCOME - POLICE SIRENS & DOMESTIC CRIMES WILL BE YOUR NEIGHBORS. #6 3 TV'S 1 WORKS CORRECT , 1 TURNS ON NO SIGNAL , OTHER HAS PIXILATED SCREEN EVERY 30 SEC.( SEE PIC) #7 BROKEN SOFA , IT WAS NOTED IT WAS BROKEN ALREADY BY OTHER GUEST OCT 25TH (2025) (SEE PIC). #8 BALCONY OVERLOOKS A LOVELY BOARDED UP BUSINESS .. If you looking at the big bathtub, don't, you won't get more then two inches of hot water before it goes cold. Asked the host about what was going on with water to just get a bs "I guess the water doesn't fill the tub." The hot water when it works is either melt and burn your skin hot or lukewearm. Every dish in the kitchen had a weird film on it that me and my partner wash off before we were comfortable cooking and eating off of them. The dinning room table is held on together with 9 pieces of double sided tape, but.... But.... If your just looking for a place to lay your head and don't plan on staying in the place for more then sleeping it is a nice quiet place.

Great stay in Las VegasPulling up, the complex is not ourstanding not great looking, but pretty quiet, there are some homeless people hanging around the abandoned building next doorHad an issue with the key when i arrived, I thought the key would be in a lock box. When i called host, she didnt answer and I started to get nervous, because I couldn't get in. The keys were actually in the flower pot, that was frustrating. Once inside, nothing mattered. It was a very clean condo with everything you need, living room was great, kitchen had all u needed, dining room area is small adjacent to the balcony. Great view, barbecue grill.Both rooms were clean, firm beds, ample closet space. The main bedroom just has a bathtub, no shower with an enclosed balcony as well.The thermostat has a restriction on how low u can set the temperature so it can get warm, had fans running to keep it cool. Carport for parking and a few guest parking spots as wellAll in all it was a great stay, host asked me to fold some clothes that were left in dryer, thought that was funny, but she allowed me to check in early since my flight landed at 810am, so i didnt mind folding at all. And offered to let me stay til 5pm since my flight left at 945pm. So appreciative of her accommodationsI definitely recommend this spot, hopefully better communication on key location for future guests, but this is a great spot, with a great host!!!!! I would definitely seek this place again when in Vegas!!!!

Our stay at the condo was excellent. It was clean upon arrival and the host had great communication with us on the check-in instructions. It's a nice location off the main strip with stores and eateries near by. The complex was extremely quiet. Accommodations were very nice, wish we had more time to stay. We would definitely come back!

The host was friendly, and great with communication. Unfortunately the listing is not as described. The neighborhood is not good and we did not feel safe. The amount of homeless people gathering was Ridiculous. One balcony overlooks a boarded up building, the other one looks straight at another one that has boxes hung up covering theirs. Upon arriving we found an open water bottle on the carpet in the living room, and the guest bathroom (and ONLY shower) had pubic hair all over in it. The house doesn’t have lights only lamps. The AC was off and it was 84 upon arriving. The host has the unit locked and it can not go below 74 but they do have fans available. The house was SO hot the whole time they may have to get the system looked at or consider lowering the temp. The only showers hot water handle is broke. The hot water slides down the wall from the handle. The shower also clogs and you shower with 2-3 of standing water. The kitchen was clean but the fridge grinds and makes very loud noises, and one of the cups available for use is a gas station plastic throw away cup. The door has major gaps in it which could contribute to the heat in the house. The fireplace was broken and coming out of the mantle (we clearly didn’t try to use it). The couch is pretty but has seen better days. When you sit on each corner it drops in like it’s broke. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay. We wish the pictures would’ve been more accurate too. Just keep in mind you get what you pay for.

Fix the annoyances and this place is fine

There were no serious issues during our stay. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly and we felt safe throughout. The condo was generally fine but had many minor annoyances. Water heater needs to be turned down about 10 degrees as touching the knob in the shower is too hot to grasp. Appliances need to be leveled so the dryer door doesn't hit your head when transferring clothes and refrigerator door doesn't insist on swinging open. Kitchen needs mixing bowls and serving utensils. The two bed bedroom would be much better if the bed were not against the wall which makes it hard to make. Actually, one bed and a dresser would be much better than two beds and no dresser. The coasters on the glass tables were very useful, seriously.

Misrepresentation

This property was misrepresented on the VRBO web site. There are only two bedrooms in this home although it was listed as three, the hot tub and pool were chained up and not accessible, there was limited cooking and serving utensils, and far to few towels. We only found one washcloth in the entire unit. There were two bedrooms which had two queen beds in one room and one in the other. There was a rollaway twin in the closet and a twin sleeper sofa in the living room. There were no instructions for parking or other general instructions for for the unit. This unit would be fine if represented as listed on the site.

Beautiful home

We were extremely happy with this home. We were coming into town for Wrestlemania. The host was extremely helpful and even let us do an early check in. I highly recommend anybody to stay here pictures. Do not do this place justice. It’s just as beautiful as it looks on mine.

Great Value

I stayed three nights. It was a very nice place with a fully functional kitchen with pots and pans so I could cook. Beds were comfortable. The whole experience was well worth it.

The host was amazing, the place was clean and the hist was gracious enough to accomodate our requests.The location was 10 min away from the strip by car.And 7 minutes to the airport. It was a wonderful stay.

We stayed 4 nights, check in was easy, condo was very nice, clean, and roomy. Owner responded to any ????s we had. Over all this was a great place to stay, it was quiet, easy to get to, it felt safe. I highly recommend this place.

Perfect for what we needed

Me and some friends were in Vegas for a work trip for 12 days and this place was perfect for what we needed. Gege was amazing at communicating with me for all of my needs and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Place not clean, no bath towels.

Once we got to the house no where was it listed where we park. It said undercover parking but there were many numbered spots. Finally got that sorted. Inside was pretty dirty. The sink was dirty, hair still in the shower, crumbs and nuts on countertop and coffee table,kitchen drains still had food stuck in them, floors not swept, no bath towels, 4 dirty ones in wash machine that wasn't run, coffee pot was dirty. There was no blender when it was stated there was one. Pretty disappointed.

Lovely, Comfy Home Away From Home

Unit was as advertised and had all of the little things to make it a home away from home. Great location near everything but far enough away to allow for rest and decompression. Owner very responsive, jovial, informative, and pleasant. 7 out of 5!

Excellent stay

The property was well kept and clean. The neighborhood was quiet. After a couple long days down on the strip, it was a nice retreat to relax. Will definitely book again.
