Great Quick Trip

This house was perfect for my family & in-laws. House is a little dated but for price & proximity to the beach/bridge this didn’t bother us. Appliances all worked perfectly, kitchen well stocked, linens clean & comfortable, had everything we needed. Will definitely book again.

A week at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a very pleasant time had by all! Both of our grown children came down, with their dog, and 1 grandson with his mother and it was truly enjoyable to be there with the kids. Had a very good time.

Pleasant Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a good experience. We have rented properties through Island Realty in the past. Check-In procedures were seamless as always. The property was pretty close to the description on the website. The only negative remark I would have is that the House/Property could have been a lot cleaner. The next time we rent I will bring this to their attention after checking in and reviewing the House/Property. Best Restaurant on the Island was the Acme Low Country Kitchen. Food was excellent!!

Perfect Location, Pet-Friendly Comfort, and a Few Minor Wishes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay at this Isle of Palms beach house and found that the location truly can’t be beat. It was just steps from the sand and close to all the coastal charm you’d want. The fact that it was dog-friendly made it even more ideal for our family getaway.The home itself was thoughtfully furnished and met all of our needs. Bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were functional and clean. The screened-in porch was a standout feature, offering a peaceful retreat from the ever-present summer mosquitoes and definitely a bonus in the Lowcountry humidity!The kitchen was stocked with the basics for cooking, which worked fine for simple meals, but a refresh or update in that area would really elevate the space. Our only real concern was the lack of a fenced yard with the house being so close to Palm Blvd (which sees a lot of car traffic), a secure outdoor space for pets would have provided peace of mind.Overall, this home was a great fit for a relaxed beach vacation, and we’d happily return, especially if future updates include a few more dog-friendly safety features.

Good location

We enjoyed the location and that you allowed pets. However, the kitchen could have been stocked with staples like salt, pepper, and coffee filters. Overall, it was a good stay.

Great location!

This house was in a great location, only two blocks to the beach and 4 blocks from restaurants and shops. The end of the island this beach access is at makes it much less crowded than further down the beach where the public parking is located. The house is spacious and has a great porch to sit on! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Beach house

Great location, beautiful and quite. Wonderful for a relaxing day week away. The house is a bit dated and, since it is an older beach house, not a everything is perfect but very comfortable and a good value.
